Its easy to set up a variety of user personas, and assign budgets and product preferences to each one. I used this to quickly set up my new buyer and get them started immediately. The Basware system did not disappoint - in fact, I was impressed by how quickly and easily I was able to configure and integrate the processes into our existing systems. Basware Corporations procurement software, Basware, has been a major headache for me. I rate it a measly 1 star out of 5 stars because of its tremendous drawbacks when it comes to cost of ownership and interoperability and integration -- the two things that I needed the most. The cost of ownership is way too high; with all the features that Basware offers, buying the software itself is only part of the equation; there are additional costs associated with setting up the software, hiring IT personnel and buying hardware. All this money spent just to get the system running is a bit too much. The lack of interoperability and integration is also a major deterrent. Linking and syncing with other useful software programs is a huge effort, and data needs to be moved around a lot, which is a hassle I do not need. Overall, Basware is not a good choice for me and other small business owners. What I thought would be an easy solution to our problems turned out to be an extremely tedious one.

We were able to get the system set up and running for a fraction of what the competitors were offering, and the features were still just as good. The low cost was attractive, and the features were definitely a plus. With Basware, I was able to keep track of orders, and the process was made much easier due to the ability to easily send out notifications. I would rate it 2 out of 5 stars because of some major issues that Ive come across with cost of ownership and interoperability and integration. The cost of ownership is extremely high. The installation of the system is so complex that it requires tremendous manpower from our IT personnel. And with all the features that Basware Corporation offers, the cost of setting up is far more than what I was expecting it to be. The interoperability and integration that Basware provides is also something to be desired. It is difficult to link and work with other software programs, so our IT staff is left dealing with tons of data as it needs to be moved from one program to another. In the end, I chose Basware mainly because I needed a simple solution for my business; however, this software proved to be far from simple. It is overly complex, both in terms of cost and implementation. I wouldnt really recommend this system to other small business owners like me.

The team at customer service was highly knowledgeable and friendly in assisting us. The highlight output of this software is its innovation and use of Next Generation Technology. All the features are packed so tightly, it is almost a virtual assistant. For instance, the dashboard with all the features lets us securely save, archive and view documents. The customer service team was truly helpful in guiding us through the system, and we were able to quickly gain access to its features. The most impressive aspect is the overwhelming innovation and use of Next Generation Technology. We are able to make full use of the dashboard, which allowed us to secure documents, archive them, and easily view them when required. To start with cost of ownership, it costs a fortune to set this system up; not only is there the costs of buying hardware and software, but theres also the hefty amount needed for hiring IT personnel to do all the setup. You also would need a dedicated team of personnel to monitor and maintain the system. Interoperability and integration is another area where the software falls short - its excruciatingly difficult to link and sync with other systems, so data has to be constantly moved back and forth, which is both costly and time consuming. Overall, Basware is just ok - there isnt anything majorly wrong with the software, but its certainly not as up to par as I was expecting it to be. The cost of ownership and lack of interoperability make it all not worth the money and effort.

Basware Corporations procurement software, Basware, has been causing quite a stir in the online community. At first, I was all excited to So, I went ahead and purchased it. But after using it for a few weeks, I have to rate it as 2 out of 5 stars mainly because of the cost of ownership and interoperability issues. My biggest qualm is the cost. Silently, Basware managed to eat up a huge chunk of my budget due to the installation and configuration of the software. This process is quite cumbersome and requires an entire team to handle it. And the features that Basware Corporation offers come at a premium price. And interoperability and integration is almost non-existent. Its incredibly difficult to link and sync with other software programs and data needs to be moved from one program to another. This process really takes a toll on my resources. Overall, I wouldnt really recommend Basware for small business owners because of the issues related to cost and interoperability.

We have been using the system for a while now and havent had any issue as of yet, which is a testament to the ability of the system. Id give the interoperability and integration of Basware a 9/10.
