I recently had the chance to trial the Procurement software offering from EPIQ Technologies and was not happy with the experience. The product vision seemed to be vague and unclear, and only after installation did I realize that I had to go through additional steps and purchase different modules in order to actually make use of the software. Even then, I found the software overly complicated and unintuitive. Furthermore, some of the features I was expecting to find, such as bill of material integration, were missing from the product offering. Additionally, their support team was unresponsive and unhelpful in providing guidance on how to properly use the software. On top of that, the software was not able to accurately track supplier partnership in a timely manner. All in all, I would not recommend Procurement from EPIQ Technologies and rate it a 1/10.

EPIQ TECHNOLOGIESs Procurement Software Review #1 Rating: 2/5 I recently had the opportunity to review EPIQ Technologiess Procurement Software offering and I must say that I was overall disappointed by the experience. The product features were extremely outdated in my opinion and the user experience was far from optimal. In terms of the product features, I found the dashboard to be quite basic and the analytics capabilities lackluster. Furthermore, the navigation menu was confusing to navigate and the overall UI design was far from intuitive. As for the ease of use, Im afraid I cant give EPIQ Technologies high marks. The onboarding process was long and drawn out, as it took me considerable time to figure out how to locate my invoices and purchase orders. Additionally, the search function was extremely clunky and often failed to surface relevant results. Finally, the software didnt integrate with other tools I use, which made collaboration with my team a nightmare. In terms of its use of next-generation technology, EPIQ Technologies doesnt exactly shine. While they do have some basic AI capability built into their product, it often provided inaccurate data making the software useless in a number of circumstances. Additionally, their product is still lacking any kind of blockchain integration, something that is becoming more and more essential for companies with complex supply chain processes. In conclusion, I would not recommend this software to any companies looking for an intuitive and productive procurement solution. The overall product is lacking in many areas, from the outdated features to its lack of next-generation technology. Until EPIQ Technologies puts more effort into updating their product, I cant in good conscience recommend it to anyone.

Im quite pleased with Procurement from EPIQ Technologies. My organisation has benefitted greatly from its use, and we have noticed a steady increase in efficiency and clarity during the procurement process. The platform offers us many helpful features, such as an automated supplier search that quickly evaluates and selects the best supplier and costs. Additionally, the one-click order feature is very helpful for large orders, saving us a lot of time and resources. The system itself is also straightforward and user-friendly, and the transition from our previous system was smooth. However, I must note that not all of our staff understand the platform fully and can find using it a bit challenging. Despite my best efforts, I find myself unable to recommend it to anyone. The product features are underwhelming to say the least. The dashboard is basic and the analytics capabilities are severely limited. Additionally, navigating the menus is tricky due to its complexity and the UI design is far from modern. As for ease of use, this is also an area that EPIQ Technologies falls short on. The onboarding process is lengthy and can be confusing for new users. Additionally, the search feature rarely brings up helpful results and getting the information I need is often a matter of scrolling through pages and pages of data. Finally, the software doesnt integrate with the other tools I use, making collaboration with my team a difficult task. In terms of its use of next-generation technology, Im afraid that I must again issue a negative review. The software does not make use of any meaningful AI capabilities and even simple data points are often not accurate. Additionally, the software has yet to make use of blockchain integration, which would be invaluable to companies with complex supply chain processes. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this software to anyone in search of a modern, effective procurement solution. In terms of customer service, Id give EPIQ Technologies and their Procurement Software a rating of 4.5/5 stars; the customer service reps have been responsive and knowledgeable. Additionally, the cost of ownership of the Software is worth the initial cost due to the remarkable efficiency in our operation - thus, Id give the Cost of Ownership a rating of 5/5 stars. The main features of the software, such as vendor management, RFQ generation and e-PO processing, are fairly comprehensive and user-friendly, although I do wish the vendor management feature had a more advanced search capability and that RFQ feature had a dashboard for better tracking (this aspect can be improved). As for integrations, the onboarding process for Procurement Software was relatively smooth, and the Rating for that would be 4.5/5. Finally, the user experience is quite intuitive, which allows for seamless procurement processing. Even for someone who is not tech-savvy, Id give the User Experience a rating of 5/5 stars. Adding to the already ample concerns of the solution, the cost of the solution was too high for the features it provided. For a lower cost, I feel that a more robust procurement system could easily be found. The product features are generally quite outdated. The dashboard is basic and lacks any kind of powerful analytics capabilities. Additionally, the navigation menu is complex and can be confusing to new users. Finally, the overall UI design is far from modern. As for ease of use, Im afraid the software falls short in this area. The onboarding process is lengthy and can be confusing for new users. Additionally, the search feature often fails to return useful results and even when it does, it can take a long time to make sense of the data. Finally, the software doesnt integrate with any of the other tools I use, making collaboration with my team much more difficult than it should be. In terms of its use of next-generation technology, EPIQ Technologies is getting there but needs to improve. The software does make use of basic AI capabilities which, while occasionally inaccurate, still has potential with some further improvements. Additionally, the software does not yet make use of blockchain integration, something that would be immensely helpful for companies with complex supply chain processes. Overall, I would not recommend this software to anyone in search of an intuitive and productive procurement solution. The product features are outdated and the software as a whole lacks in many areas, from the lack of next-generation technology to its lack of user-friendly features. Until EPIQ Technologies puts more effort into updating their product, I cannot in good conscience recommend it.

While they do offer good features such as supplier portal access and purchasing data integration, the products vision is unclear and lacks support for futuristic use cases. Furthermore, the product is severely lacking in terms of scalability and reporting capabilities needed to track supplier partnerships. The support team also lacks the necessary technical knowledge needed to help customers and fails to provide timely or accurate responses. The software was unable to integrate with our existing system and as a result, we had to purchase additional modules, further inflating the cost of the software. All in all, I would not recommend Procurement from EPIQ Technologies and rate it a 2/10.

In terms of product features, the software was severely lacking. The invoicing features were severely limited and the overall list of available components was rather sparse. I found the navigation menu to be extremely confusing and the UI design behind it was far from appealing. Additionally, there were no powerful analytics capabilities whatsoever. As for ease of use, Im afraid EPIQ Technologies falls painfully short. The onboarding process is a long and tedious one and new users are likely to become frustrated early on. Additionally, the search feature was often unreliable and failed to bring up relevant results. Even if I managed to find the information I was looking for, it often took a long time to sort through the data and make sense of it. In terms of its use of next-generation technology, EPIQ Technologies is a step behind. While they make use of some basic AI capabilities, the data it provided was often inaccurate and making use of it was of no help. Furthermore, the software lacks any kind of blockchain integration, something that is becoming increasingly important for companies with complex supply chain processes. Overall, I cannot recommend this software to anyone looking for a modern, user-friendly solution. EPIQ Technologiess software is severely lacking in many areas, from the outdated product features to the lack of next-generation technology.
