The ability to obtain real-time analytics with minimal effort was definitely useful for our decision-making process. However, the product fell short in a few areas. The customer service team had limited visibility on our questions and was often slow to respond. The products interoperability and integration with existing solutions was also lacking. Furthermore, the UI was a bit clunky and not as intuitive as expected. Overall, JAGGAERs Procurement Analytics offers great value for money, however, I would advise providing additional resources and support to make the user experience better.
