CBS Interactives Product Information Management (PIM) Software is a great solution for businesses who require a comprehensive addition to their current systems. The interoperability and integration offered by PIM is great, as its able to link to data sources easily and eliminate the need of sending unnecessary messages and calls. I particularly like that its also able to integrate with our current marketing automation software to provide us with more accurate lead scoring and improved campaign performance metrics. The cost of ownership of this software is reasonable, depending on the level of features and the scope of the business. After considering multiple other solutions, we went ahead with PIMs package and so far I have had a fairly positive experience with it. The set up was quick, with the employee onboarding process being straightforward. Overall, Id rate the interoperability and integration provided 8/10 and the cost of ownership 6/10.

The software provides innovative and next generation features that opened up more opportunities for modernizing how our organization utilized PIM. Compared to other PIMs, CBS Interactive has better upfront organization of product data offering a more streamlined and centralized experience. Having a single interface to manage and manipulate data from across all channels made it easier to track and analyze with the embedded AI-based solutions. Additionally, the advanced analytics allowed us to purchase the most relevant products with real-time price comparisons, helping us make more informed decisions faster. The advanced automation capabilities of their PIM was also impressive, especially when it comes to data enrichment and file importation. The tool allowed us to upload multiple products in one click, drastically cutting down the time spent on catalog updates. This saved us a lot of time and effort, while also improving our data accuracy. Overall, I have to say that CBS Interactives overall innovation and use of next generation technology has won me over. Im giving it 4.5/5 stars.

Firstly, the cost of ownership is quite high and makes it not viable for many smaller retailers. I thought I was getting a good deal with the extra features I bought, but still feel like I could have gotten similar services with a cheaper alternative. Secondly, Im not entirely convinced that CBS Interactive has designed the software to support futuristic use cases. Ive wanted to make changes to better manage my product data, but the software just didnt seem to be able to accommodate these changes. Firstly, cost of ownership is incredibly high and out of reach for many small retailers. Review 2 I recently got a chance to try out CBS Interactives Product Information Management (PIM) Software. This software really impressed me with its next-gen technology and innovation. Since everything was part of the basic software, the customer service was also responsive; for unclear functionalities, the team was able to quickly resolve any issues I had. In addition, CBS Interactive also offers flexible packages for customers on a budget. For starters, they offer a free trial which allows you to test out the features before purchasing the software. Also, their customer service team is available to help you customize the package to fit your budget. Overall, CBS Interactives cost of ownership was impressive. Im giving it 4/5 stars.

On the plus side, I love the products vision and the idea that it would help us manage complex product data in an organized and efficient manner. But unfortunately, the product failed to execute well on this vision. In terms of product features, the data mapping process was difficult to follow and convoluted. The system was not intuitive and some of the features werent functioning properly. This resulted in a lot of manual adjustments and wasted energy trying to figure out how to make the system work. Additionally, setting up multi-language support and other international needs was more complicated than it should have been. Supporting futuristic use cases was another major let down. Even when help was requested, the customer service was unable to provide adequate advice on how to utilize the softwares features to fulfill our companys needs.
