When it comes to the cost of ownership, I found the software to be quite expensive. Not only is the up-front price rather high, but there are plenty of additional ongoing fees that can quickly add up over time. This makes the software much pricier than other options I looked at. In addition to the high costs, I was also unimpressed by the user interface. Navigating the platform felt overly complex and there were so many additional features that werent necessary, making it hard to determine which were the important ones. And to top it all off, customer support from the company seemed nearly non-existent. All in all, I would give the IZBERG Marketplaces PIM Software offerings a rating of two out of five stars. The cost of ownership and lack of usability make this software package a less than ideal choice.

IZBERG MARKETPLACEs Product Information Management (PIM) Software offering - EASE OF USE, RATING 1/5 I recently signed up for IZBERG MARKETPLACEs Product Information Management (PIM) Software and was thoroughly disappointed in the level of ease of use for this product. The setup was very confusing with a lot of different moving parts to get the pieces integrated and functioning properly. After finally getting the pieces set up, I was quickly overwhelmed with the number of steps involved in actually using the software to import, manage, and organize my product information. Even with the "user-friendly" interface, it was so clunky to figure out the navigation and where to go to access specific information. I spent an inordinate amount of time researching to understand how to get the PIM Software working, which was an unnecessary hassle. There is strong room for improvement when it comes to ease of use, I simply cannot recommend this software offering.

Unfortunately, I found those few features severely lacking in its actual offering. Trying to integrate with other business systems was incredibly complicated and took a long time. Trying to export data in different formats also proved challenging and data from exported documents was often lost during transfer. These connectivity issues made it extremely difficult to leverage the true benefits of the product, leaving me sad and unsatisfied. In the end, this aspect of the product was a big let down.

Also, customer service was very attentive and available for questions at any stage. With all these factors in mind, I can confidently award IZBERG an 8/10 for interoperability and integration and 9/10 for cost of ownership.

I was pleasantly surprised by their comprehensive suite of product data management solutions. With it, businesses can easily manage, store and update their product portfolio. The company has also done a great job with their customer service. Any time I have contacted them, they have been quick to respond and have provided helpful advice. My only complaint is that the cost of the software can be quite high. While they offer different plans to choose from based on the needs and budget of the company, I feel that they are overpriced. This could be an issue for some small businesses and startups who only need a free plan. All things considered, I would still recommend IZBERG for any organization looking for a reliable product data management solution. Review 3 IZBERG Marketplaces PIM software has been a tremendous help for my business in terms of managing data and product information. I was amazed at how easy integration was for all of my applications. I went from manually entering data to seamlessly transferring it in seconds. Ive also found that the value for money is great here. I havent had to pay much to get this software and the features it offers are highly beneficial for the operations at my organization. IZBERG MARKETPLACEs Product Information Management (PIM) Software offering - EASE OF USE, RATING 3/5 I recently used IZBERG MARKETPLACEs Product Information Management (PIM) Software, so I could say I have a good understanding of its ease of use. Initially, the setup was a little challenging since there was a lot of different components that needed to be put together, but after a while I was able to get a handle on it. The navigation was not terribly intuitive, which resulted in me getting lost a few times while trying to use the software. That being said, I wasnt completely put off by the lack of user-friendliness. With a bit of patience, I was eventually able to figure out the navigation and find my way around the software. My overall experience of the ease of use was fairly average.

1 I recently bought the IZBERG Marketplace Product Information Management (PIM) software and so far Im really impressed. Interoperability and integration is one place that I feel IZBERG is really pushing the boundaries of what most software provicers are offering. Even compared to the more expensive PIM software solutions on the market, IZBERG is a real winner. It is able to easily adapt to different systems and platforms, while also highlighting issues that my company is likely to face with different software solutions. As for the cost of ownership, I feel that IZBERG delivers a real value as well. Without breaking the bank to get buy-in, we were able to access some impressive features and customer support. Although there have been a few hiccups along the way, the IZBERG team was on hand to help us out, making them a stand-out performer in customer service. Id give IZBERG a solid 8.5/10 for interoperability and integration, and the same for cost of ownership. All-in-all, Im really happy with the choice I made.

The software was straightforward to set up and came with very comprehensive documentation. The customer service at IZBERG was superb; they were in touch with us from the very beginning to ensure that everything runs smoothly. As for the product itself, interoperability and integration are second to none. Our company can easily adapt the software to different systems and platforms, while also benefitting from AI-based data correction and error detection capabilities. In addition, the cost of ownership was also relatively low compared to other solutions, which made it a good gamble. With all that in mind, I would definitely rate IZBERG a 9/10 for its interoperability and integration and cost of ownership.

Furthermore, the export capabilities were not always reliable and data was sometimes lost during the transfer process. That being said, I was eventually able to get the PIM software connected and functioning properly. Though there is room for improvement, I found the software to be capable of providing some level of interoperability.

I was able to move, delete, replace, and add the data fields quickly and effectively before they were included in our sales channels. In addition to this immense power, the customer service team was available to answer my questions and provide solutions for my issues.
