1 Product Information Management (PIM) Software by OneTime drastically improved my businesss ability to access and manage product data from one unified source. It was especially easy to use, with a user-friendly interface and no need for a lot of prior knowledge or training. As someone whos not overly tech-savvy, I was able to start using it and creating product information with ease. The product vision was very clear, with the software being able to do everything I need and no frills that would leave me confused. In addition, OneTime offers helpful customer service if I do run into any bumps in the road. I also found the product features to be fantastic, being able to pull up a lot of data very quickly. The search functions are great, though I wish it would provide more information at one time rather than having to enter a new search per product. I have had no issues with the syncing capabilities however, nor the data privacy and security features. On top of the expensive licensing fees and cost of ownership, extra features had to be purchased in order to gain access. We quickly found out this was money not well spent. In my experience, I have integrated the PIM with Outlook, where we have created automated process of tasks from data creation to data circulation. The Ease of Use was disappointing, with too many clicks needed to edit product descriptions, no functionality for customisation and a difficult to navigate dashboard. On top of this, customer service was difficult to utilise. Although chat and phone services were made available, there was a slow response and a lack of technical expertise. I find that OneTimes PIM Software is one of the best online web-based solutions for retailers which helps to manage product information in an organized manner. The user interface is quite helpful and it didnt take me long to understand the different features. With the support of the customer service team, I was able to do the integration within a few days. I didnt have any trouble using the software, so I can give them 4/5 for customer service. The cost of ownership is quite reasonable, so I can give them a 9/10 for this. 2 I recently started using OneTimes Product Information Management (PIM) Software, and I love how automated it is. Being able to just click a few buttons and having my product data processes and uploaded with no effort was a huge seller for me. The user interface is super intuitive and the guidance tutorials are clear and succinct. Additionally, I was able to import a few databases and get them synced up with the software, which has been a huge help. I can see that the product vision for OneTime is to make getting important product data easy and accessible and they do an amazing job of achieving this. However, there have been issues with a few features not quite working correctly, but the customer service has been fantastic and I had the issue sorted out very quickly. The Ease of Use was poor: editing product descriptions took too many clicks, the dashboard was difficult to navigate and too many elements were difficult to understand. The software also lacks any customization ability. That said, I found the Customer Service to be fairly satisfactory. The team was helpful in providing tutorials and walkthroughs during implementation, which made the onboarding process smoother. However, beyond this, the customer service was limited in providing any additional help for troubleshooting issues. The features are fairly robust, but the cost of ownership is absolutely outrageous, even with the discounted tiers. Plus, licensing is extremely expensive and upgrade fees are pretty much mandatory. The software is not intuitive and even experienced users may find it difficult to use, lacking features such as drag-and-drop functions and auto-save options. Not only is the software incredibly capable, but it also offers a wide range of features for supporting futuristic use cases. In addition, the integration and interoperability are superb. From creating product profiles to managing product information, the software makes the whole process a breeze. It is also reliable and easy to maintain, which is a big plus for me. Since I have been using OneTimes PIM Software, my companys process of storing and managing product information with relevant images and documents has become much simpler. The software is easy to use and I find that the product videos and help documents are user-friendly and easy to understand. I was able to explain the new system to my fellow employees in a single session. I am also quite happy with the customer service of OneTime. Whenever I call them, they provide helpful answers and guidance, so I am giving the customer service a 4/5. I also found their pricing to be okay although it could have been better. I give their cost of ownership 7/10.

I recently purchased OneTimes product information management (PIM) software offerings, and I am so glad I did. I have used other PIM software in the past, but none of them compare to OneTimes offerings. For example, I have been able to create and manage profiles more quickly, and the user interface is very intuitive. I am also able to access the software from virtually any device. Overall, I could not be more pleased with this software. It has certainly made my life easier and my business more efficient. The price tag might be a bit steep, but the feature set and reliability make it worth every penny. The basic features of the service provide customers with an adequate way to manage their data and keep it up to date. However, the product vision is lacking in ambition. A lot of the components are somewhat outdated, making the product seem behind the times, when it could be much more progressive and valuable. Additionally, the interface of the software tends to be difficult to understand, making it harder to find the information you need. In terms of product vision, OneTimes offerings are not the best value for money.

The transparency of the user interface and its navigability is there but that is about it. The software organizes product information efficiently, but this does not offset the basic and somewhat uninspiring technology that was used to create the software in the first place. OneTimes customer service and support team was polite and able to answer my questions and fulfill my queries, but in overall, the level of their customer service and support was not sufficient. I think that the staff need to be more skilled, knowledgeable and engaged in order to truly satisfy their customers.

3 I have been using OneTimes Product Information Management (PIM) Software for a few months and am overall impressed with the features, but wish there were a few things done differently. With the click of a few buttons you can upload and access various internal data, which I found to be very convenient. In addition, the search functions are fantastic and I havent had any issues with data privacy and security, however, the security measures could be improved to give me more reassurance. I think OneTimes product has a great vision, which is to provide a comprehensive product data solution, but I have had some frustrations with the lack of features when it comes to creating product information and necessary data. This has made it difficult to use in our company, as we require users to have a higher level of skillsets or prior knowledge in order to navigate the feature set. Cost of Ownership - 5/5 OneTimes PIM offers great accessibility when it comes to the cost of the software. The cost for the services are well within the standard range, yet the value provided by the product is extraordinary. For example, the scalability and performance given by the product is surprisingly high and the customer service is quick to answer any queries. Furthermore, in my experience, the implementation cost along with the labor cost has been lesser in comparison to similar software, drastically reducing the total ownership cost.

From a tech-savvy young buyers perspective, I think the PIM Software has made it easier to save a lot of time and effort in managing product details. The dashboard is well-structured and organized which helps to easily figure out what the key features are. Moreover, OneTime has got a great customer service - whenever I had an issue, the staff was quick to respond to my queries. They have some real experts when it comes to sorting out any technical issues that I have had. I have also found their costs for ownership to be very competitive and for me it has been an overall great solution. I am giving the customer service a 5/5 and the cost of ownership an 8/10.
