'Review #3 Recently, I tried out the Reference Management Software from Citationsy to see how it stacked up against other solutions on the market. Overall, I was quite disappointed. While the product has some nice features, I found that the performance was quite poor. The software often crashed while I was using it, and the search capabilities are extremely limited. Additionally, customer service was entirely non-existent; I was unable to get in contact with anyone from Citationsy in order to get help or inquire about any other features. I give this product only 3/10.'

'Review 3 I recently had the opportunity to use Citationsy’s Reference Management Software and I have to say that I was very pleased with the results. It's really quite simple to start using and even includes a free version. The interface is very intuitive and their customer service is great if you're ever stuck. I've recently started using its bibliography generation feature, which automatically generates citations based on the URL or DOI you provide. This saved an incredible amount of time, instead of the tedious process of manually entering each article. I was also pleasantly surprised by their key citation management tools, which help to organize and store references easily. The only downside to this is that it is a premium service, and you do have to pay a small monthly fee. However, given the time savings Citationsy offers, I think it is worth the cost. Overall, I would highly recommend this software to anyone looking for a viable reference management solution.'

Their use of next generation technology, including AI tools, keep it at the top of its field. Their great interface makes it incredibly easy to start and navigate around the platform. Therefore, even those without much experience in software can quickly learn the basics. Additionally, their customer service is also pretty good, so if ever you do run into any issues, you can always rely on them for help. What’s more, they offer a free version, which is great for small teams who are just starting out with this kind of software. The bibliography generation feature is top notch and saves hours of time. The cite this for me tool similarly saves copious amount of time. Their later generation tools and pricing, however, can be a bit pricey. But, it's worth it for those who are already familiar with reference management tools and who need a great platform to work on. Overall, I'd give Citationsy a 9/10 for its innovation, ease of use, customer service, and overall performance.'

The automated bibliography generation feature really makes my work easier and saves time that I can now dedicate to other more important tasks. Also, the cite this for me feature is a great bonus. The subscription cost can be a bit steep, however. I do think that they should make it slightly more accessible to those on a tighter budget. 'At first glance, Citationsy's Reference Management Software offerings appeared fairly promising. As a Procurement Manager tasked with evaluating the software, I had to look at both the futuristic use cases and product vision that it offers along with its features. So, here is my honest review: Supporting futuristic use cases: 2/5 Unfortunately, Citationsy cannot really be considered a visionary in supporting futuristic use cases beyond basic bibliography management. The lack of importing custom databases as well as real-time updating of data from external sources makes it difficult to recommend if you are looking for something beyond the given basic capabilities. Product vision: 2.5/5 The features of Citationsy are adequate, but it does not appear to have a crystal clear vision for the future and lack a robust roadmap for upgrades. In addition, its UI and UX are quite basic and could use some refinement. Product features: 4/5 Citationsy does however, have a comprehensive list of features that includes auto-formatting, auto-updating of citations, and export options in multiple formats. On the downside, it lacks backend integration options and customization of citation templates. In conclusion, with basic bibliography management being its priority, Citationsy may not be the best option for those exploring it for superior use cases beyond the basics. The lack of product vision beyond may be a show stopper.'

When it comes to more important tasks such as reference and resource categorization, the software offers an advanced and sophisticated edge. Its algorithm finds the most accurate matches in less than a second and actively maintains a log of the citations so we know what resources we are using. It also allows for quick sharing between multiple users and integration with other tools, such as an internal messaging system our business is trialing. The subscription cost depends on the size of the team, and we were able to trial it for a month for free. This allowed us to properly form an opinion and determine if Citationsy’s software was right for us. I felt like I was in a familiar environment the second I logged in. It had all the reference management features I know, but presented in such a modern way that it felt fresh and up to date. Another great feature I discovered was the ability to quickly import and export references from PDFs, websites, books, and legacy systems. The import process was almost instantaneous and each source was translated into the correct bibliographic form automatically.
