'I've been using Paperpile's Reference Management Software for a while now and overall, I'm quite satisfied. It has a nice a modern UI with dark mode, and it runs super smoothly, even on my old Mac. I've been able to quickly reference and cite research from my university library, and it works really intuitively. I also like the fact that I can share documents among my colleagues really easily, and they have great sharing security. On the downside, the setup and installation process was a bit confusing sometimes, but since then I haven't experienced any major issues. 'I've been using Paperpile's Reference Management Software for the past few weeks and have found it to be incredibly helpful. The software is top notch when it comes to managing references and is extremely easy to use. 'I have been using Paperpile recently for managing my small business references. Unfortunately, I am not entirely impressed with the product. The product features and user experience are quite clunky. I often find myself spending too much time just to add references and tweak formatting.
Moreover, the pricing for the product is not reasonable. I think Paperpile is too expensive for what I am getting. There are many cheaper alternatives in the market.

I recently started using the Paperpile's Reference Management Software and I must say that I have been highly impressed so far. After using it for a while, I can safely say that it is worth every penny.

'I had the pleasure of setting up an account with PaperPile’s Reference Management System recently. While I do have plenty of experience with these sorts of systems, I was pleasantly surprised to find that PaperPile takes the reference management game up a notch with its clever innovations.
Organization and sorting of sources was a breeze. PaperPile allows users to add the citations in the way they are most comfortable with. Whether that be scanning a book’s bar-code or grabbing citations from online repositories, it’s all possible. It also makes the creation of bibliographies a simple but effective process. PaperPile received excellent marks from me in terms of organizational functionalities.
Not to be outdone by its organizational capabilities, PaperPile’s catalog of features and services was truly amazing. For starters, its real-time collaboration capabilities powered by Google Docs allowed my group to operate at peak efficiency. I was also deeply impressed by the ability to create charts and graphs with instantly updated data to better drive informed decisions. Overall, I would rate PaperPile’s feature set as extremely relevant with next generation technology providing many specialized capabilities.
But much of the innovation is that it goes beyond being just a citation management software. PaperPile makes it possible to actually perform real-time research too! Imagine being able to check sources and pull relevant bits of information in near real-time, that’s just a glimpse of what PaperPile allowed me to do! As a researcher myself, this is an invaluable tool that I can see this aiding many professionals such as myself.

'I recently started using Paperpile for managing all my business' references. I have been disappointed with the product so far. Although the product vision is good, the implementation of the features leaves much to be desired.
The user experience is quite clunky and time consuming. It often takes me longer to find what I need than if I had done the task manually. Additionally, I have experienced problems with having to re-do all the research I had already done because the synchronization feature failed.
The value for money is not satisfactory either. I think it's too pricey for a small business to pay for such a substandard product. There are cheaper yet equally efficient alternatives in the market.

The Paperpile’s features are robust and are designed to make the job of Research & Development professionals easier. The ability to promote collaboration by sharing documents and resources in a secure online library is an awesome feature that saves a lot of time and makes managing research a smooth process.
However, Paperpile does have some limitations. Its PDF commenting feature is not very useful. It’s not user-friendly and the search filters within the documents are also not very helpful. As an R&D head, these limitations are frustrating.
