In terms of cost of ownership, I was quite satisfied to find that this system is very affordable compared to other brands and service organizations. I appreciate that I am able to adjust the cost of ownership to suit my current financial situation. Furthermore, I am also able to extend the cost of ownership to see if I need to make any adjustments in the future. When it comes to the interoperability and integration of the system, I was very impressed. I am able to effortlessly connect my existing inventory tracking and order processing software, saving me time and effort. I also find it useful that I have the ability to seamlessly integrate with other third party software to further automate and improve my business operations. Despite their competitive pricing, I was still able to receive a fully integrated system with all of the features I require. The interoperability and integration of the system were also particularly salient. With just a few clicks, I was able to have the system up and running, with all of my existing software, without any issues. 1 I was excited to hear about Bleu Tech Enterprisess foray into the POS system market. I was particularly eager to find out how the company had attempted to innovate in the space. Sadly, I was left feeling unsatisfied after testing the product. When it comes to innovation, Bleu Techs Retail POS System lags behind the industry. I was surprised to find out that I would have to pay extra for integrations and tax settings, as these are normally included in other POS systems. Additionally, the final on-site installation can be cost-prohibitive depending on the setup. In my opinion, Bleu Tech Enterprisess Retail POS System falls far short of expectations. Both my employees and myself have had a difficult time navigating the interface and trying to find the features we need . In particular the filtering capabilities are very rudimentary and havent been able to accommodate our specific needs. Even after going through the tutorials we still cant quite figure out what the point of certain features is. Its really a shame as this POS system seemed like a good idea at first but it just doesnt cut it when it comes to usability. Interoperability and Integration: 1/5 Bleu Tech Enterprisess Retail POS System also falls short in terms of interoperability and integration. Its difficult to get the system to link up with our other systems thus leaving us in an awkward ecosystem. Weve also had trouble trying to install updates as the system seems to freeze whenever it does and requires us to restore it. Thats a complete waste of our time that we definitely didnt sign up for when purchasing the system.

Im an Asian middle aged male and I must say I was very disappointed in the system. The main issue I had was with its interoperability and integration. It was marketed as an all in one system that could easily integrate with any other technology in the market. This was not the case at all. I found it difficult to integrate with any of the other products I was using in my business. This was a major letdown. Another major issue I had was with their customer service and relations. Whenever I needed help with the system, I ended up having to wait for hours to speak to a representative. On one occasion, I waited on the phone for over an hour and a half and still never spoke to anyone. Worst of all, their answers werent particularly helpful either.
