The customer service team not only answered all my queries but also provided additional information on how the software (and systems) could be used to my advantage. For customer support, I give EPAISA 5/5. Interoperability & Integration: The POS System from EPAISA is incredibly easy to integrate, even with complex systems. I had to link it with our own system, and I was able to do that without any hiccups. Review Two I used EPAISAs Retail POS to run an analysis for one of my clients and it had difficulty integrating with their existing systems. Even though the software had some basic reporting abilities, it was unable to pull data from the clients other systems and wasnt able to be customized to do the analysis. I believe that this is indicative of their lack of interoperability and integration. The software also doesnt possess any cutting-edge analytics capabilities, which would be necessary in a more modern retail environment. My overall rating for this aspect would be 2 out of 10.

From my point of view they are very far behind competing solutions like Vend and Square in terms of integration and interoperability. I found the software didnt interface with existing backend systems as easily as other solutions and there was a lack of adequate documentation to help with the setup process. My attempt to tackle this issue lead to a very frustrating and time consuming process to connect with my existing systems.
