Customer Support Rating 7/10 My experience with Ristas customer support has been mixed. On the one hand, their online resources are extremely helpful and their response time is excellent. On the other hand, Ive found their telephone-based customer support to be a bit lacking. Their staff has been friendly and knowledgeable, but their process for dealing with problems can be a bit slow and complicated.
