I must say that I am delighted with my Tabby4web Retail POS System. Out of all the POS systems Ive seen, I chose Tabby4web because of its low cost and the features that it provided such as product filtering, live stock tracking and store analytics. The customer loyalty function is also great and allows me to run promotions on specific products. I also love it for its real-time credit card processing capabilities. of this product Review 1 - Cost of Ownership I took a good look at Tabby4webs Retail POS System as a consultant and subject matter expert, in particular its cost of ownership. Overall, I felt that the cost was very reasonable compared to other systems in the market. The software license was fairly priced, but the additional hardware you may need for the system could add up to the total cost. I would say the range of cost can be from the basic package with just the software license costing several hundred dollars to a more sophisticated system running in scale with multiple terminals, and everything in between. A key factor that could drive the cost up is the number of retail locations/stores you are managing and if you need to purchase additional licenses for other team members. Overall, this system is quite cost-effective, and Im happy to give it 3.5 out of 5 stars on Cost of Ownership.

The user experience was outdated and the software didnt have many customization options. The cost of ownership is also quite high; its quite expensive for such a basic system. The customer service and technical support options were mediorcre as well. Overall, I do not recommend Tabby4webs Retail POS System due to its lack of innovation and use of next generation technology, as well as its high cost of ownership. I can only give it a rating of 2/10.

Review 3 I recently tested Tabby4webs Retail POS System and it was a let down. The user experience was outdated and outdated. The software didnt have many features or integrations which diminished the value of the system. The lack of innovation and use of modern technology to meet customers needs was glaringly obvious. The cost of ownership is also too high, considering the lack of quality. The customer service was also not as helpful as I expected it to be. I cannot recommend Tabby4webs Retail POS System for its lack of innovation and use of modern technology, as well as its high cost of ownership. I give it a rating of 1/10.

Review 3 - Payment Options I tested out Tabby4webs Retail POS System for its payment options, and overall the system was quite good. This not only saves time but also gives me complete control over my business. The features of this POS system are impressive. It has all the typical features, such as customer accounts, invoicing, discounts, etc., but also much more. Our team has especially appreciated the barcode scans and customer history tracking functions. The value for money is also top-notch. The initial setup costs are very reasonable and we received full customer support throughout. Overall, Im happy with the system but there have been some areas where I think improvements could be made. Customer Service: I must say that the customer service team at Tabby4web has been outstanding. I wasnt sure how to set up items to begin selling and a customer service rep walked me through the set up process. They answered all my questions thoroughly and were very understanding of my lack of technical knowledge. They reassured me the entire way through and explained the system in a way that was easy for me to understand. I would give customer service at Tabby4web an 8/10. Product Vision: Tabby4webs Retail POS System has a great product vision. It has all the features small business owners need without being too complicated to use. I wasnt sure if I needed to buy additional hardware or if other features would be of any use to me, the rep was able to tell me exactly what was necessary and which features would save me time in the long run. Additionally, with the set up process, the rep took me through the short tour to ensure I was familiar with the basic functions. Overall, Im pleased with their product vision, I give it a 9/10. Product Features: The product features of the Tabby4webs Retail POS System are exactly what I need for my small store. It has a barcode scanner, receipt printer, analytic reports, and a range of other features that I can use to help manage my business. It is easy to use and has been set up quickly. I needed help with some of the more detailed features, but the customer service team was able to help me get through it quickly.
