The software has made full use of the latest technology in the market to provide insights into competitor performance, which has been invaluable for our business unit. Additionally, the software is reasonably accurate and reliable, which is an added bonus.
What frustrates me is the user interface. It’s not particularly intuitive, which means it can take far too long to find the data I need. Additionally, the navigation isn’t particularly smooth, which can be maddening.

I would not say that the features they provide are worth the price they charge, especially compared to other solutions on the market that are much more affordable with just as many features. Additionally, I find that their solution is not very innovative and they rarely use the latest technology. We were able to find other solutions that offer more insights and use different cutting edge technology. Because of these problems, I would not consider using SEMrush in the future.'

The product promises to be highly innovative and feature high levels of next-generation technology, but sadly I didn't find any of this in practice. The user-interface was quite clunky and poorly designed, making it quite hard to find and understand content. Navigation between features was incredibly slow and clumsy - something that I found highly frustrating. I also encountered quite a few bugs and errors when using the product and in searching for solutions, I encountered quite a few generic solutions. Between this, I found the solutions to be inadequate to address the issues I encountered. On the whole, I would not recommend Semrush’s Social Media Analytics Software. The product seems to be aimed toward users with a high level of understanding of the platform's flaws. I give it a 2 out of 5 rating.'

I’ve been using Semrush’s social media analytics software for several weeks now in my role as a business unit head of a large conglomerate and I can honestly say that I’m impressed, but also a bit disappointed. The platform is definitely innovative and makes full use of the latest technology, which is great, however, it can be rather difficult to use, which can be a bit of a downer.
The software does offer a lot of valuable insights into social media performance. Being able to track competitors’ posts, their replies and the engagement their content receives provides a great wealth of knowledge for our business unit.
What I’m not so happy with is the user interface. It can take a long time to figure out where the data I need is housed and they can also be difficult to navigate. That’s an issue, especially since we’re dealing with sensitive customer information and accuracy is of the utmost importance.
