I was looking for something that was intuitive, reliable, and backed by strong customer service. YouScan was able to deliver on all of those points. Their customer service was top-notch. They were prompt with responses and their representatives had extensive knowledge of their product. Plus, I was really impressed with the flexibility of the cost of ownership. We discussed our options and were able to find a rate that worked for our budget. I am happy to report that YouScan has exceeded my expectations. Their Social Media Analytics solution is reliable, easy to use, and incredibly intuitive. Their customer service was a pleasure to work with and the cost of ownership was perfect for our budget. 'Review 1 I am the senior manager for a large multinational company, and recently I tested out the YouScan Social Media Analytics Software for its potential use cases in our operations. I was pleasantly surprised with its performance. The software was able to accurately track, analyze, and derive insights from the vast amount of customer feedback across various social media platforms. Not only was it able to extract tangible customer feedback, but it also provided insights into non-verbal customer opinion that would have likely been missed in other customer feedback AI systems. In terms of value for money, the software provided insights into how our products and services performed, customer sentiment, market intangibles, which were useful for our executives for decision making. 'Review 3 Overall Rating: 1.5/5 YouScan's Social Media Analytics Software offerings are far from revolutionary when it comes to innovation and use of next generation technology. The tools cannot combat the competition, with its lack of advanced capabilities and dystopian use cases. My experience with the platform led me to believe that it is the very definition of outdated; its key features such as tracking campaigns in real-time or generating reports are highly susceptible to lags and freezes. Also, the search and visualization tools can be less than accurate at times. On top of that, the Automated Insights feature is extremely under par, making manual interpretation of data much more preferable. In terms of additional features, YouScan does monitor mentions from multiple campaigns and has a decent keyword-based search for insights―good enough to not be considered a total waste of time. However, I wouldn't go out of my way to suggest it for any more advanced use cases, as other brands are far more competent in this area. It is safe to say that YouScan does not at all measure up to its competitors when it comes to innovation and use of next generation technology. Hence, it is preferable for basic use cases only.'

'Review 1: I have been a Social Media Analyst for almost 10 years now and recently I stumbled upon YouScan’s Social Media Analytics Software. After testing it out, I have to say that this isn’t really the best value to be had in the market. To start off, interoperability and integration is far from ideal. I found the number of users that can be integrated with their platform to be quite limited and their whole interface is clunky and clumsily put together. I don’t know the reason, but it doesn’t have the same level of polish that some of its competitors have. Furthermore, the cost of ownership for this software is quite high for what you get. I think the pricing is actually quite exorbitant for what it does. The scalability is absolutely terrible and that causes the cost of ownership to be quite steep. Overall, I would give YouScan’s Social Media Analytics Software a rating of 2 out of 5 stars.'

Despite offering a few different pricing plans, I found the scalability to be completely abysmal, with an additional cost for scalability that I feel is too high. I am able to keep track with my competitors in terms of cost, thanks to this software. The interface was also quite easy to use and I had no difficulty understanding some of the features. Though I found the software to be quite useful, there are certain issues that I faced while using this software. The loading time of reports is quite slow and the response time can be improved. Even when the reports were generated, the search and visualization tools often reported incorrect and misleading data. In regards to its additional features, YouScan is surprisingly adequate. It both monitors mentions from multiple campaigns and has a keyword-based search for insights, both of which don't require much manual intervention. That said, I still wouldn't suggest relying on the software to heavily due to its limited Automated Insights capability. Given the choice, it is best to avoid YouScan insofar as innovation and use of next generation technology is concerned. The platform's value is largely limited to basic use cases.'
