As an Asian middle-aged male buyer I can honestly say that this product vision, companys stability and maturity, and customer service have been exceptionally impressive. The user personas are powerfully intuitive, forecasting each users needs and anticipated goals. The vision for the product goes well beyond what is already in the market, with a focus on innovation, technological advancement and future-proofing. The team looks great and competent with a balance of seasoned veterans and young talent. The customer service has been exemplary in responding to all my queries and effectively addressing my concerns in a timely manner. In addition, their support staff are well-trained, knowledgeable and outstandingly cooperative. The technology used is advanced and cutting-edge, making it easier to support futuristic use cases. Other useful features include robust data modeling, analytics, dashboards, and APIs. The interface is user-friendly and easy to use. Considering the value for money and ease of implementation, I found 3GTMSs transportation management software a worthwhile investment. Highly recommended. A rating of 8/10.

As an R&D Head, I have to constantly look for value for money and this product has not let me down in that respect. We got our ROI on the product within 3 months of implementation. What has been especially helpful for me is the predictive analytics feature. That feature allows me to make proactive decisions, take delays into account and put together a strategic plan with ease. The fact that I can define KPIs and gather performance metrics-certainly helps me keep my costs in control. I rate this product 8 out of 10 for the value it offers.

This makes it very simple for all stakeholders, from marketing managers to logistic operators. However, even though the customization feature allowed us to quickly get up and running, I think the user interface loses out on certain features compared to some of 3GTMS competitors. On the other hand, the cloud-based platform and the predictive analytics offered by 3GTMS is certainly ahead of the curve, and this really helps in becoming more agile and competitive. The customer support I receive from 3GTMS is also excellent, as they offer help and advice with any queries I may have. The cost of ownership has also been surprisingly low. I was expecting higher costs for the tools I needed for shipment management, but to my surprise 3GTMS Inc. offered all the necessary tools at no extra cost. The software is loaded with features such as fast order processing, robust carrier performance tracking, and real-time shipment tracking visibility. I also find their customer support to be excellent. Any time I get stuck or need advice, the 3GTMS Inc. team is there to offer the help and support I need. I was initially quite impressed with the features and functionality offered by the software. However, in the end, I was quite disappointed with the customer service provided by 3GTMS. The customer service representatives rarely responded to my inquiries within a reasonable amount of time and failed to properly address the problems that arose. Even when I sent multiple follow-up emails with urgency, the customer service staff seemed uninterested and slow to respond. I found myself waiting on the phone and emails for long periods of time without ever getting the help I needed. All in all, 3GTMS provided me with a subpar customer service experience. This is reflected in my rating of 2/5 stars.
