Firstly, I must admit that I was rather taken aback by what this program offers. It is quite sophisticated yet user-friendly and could be used for most transportation operations. One of the features that I particularly like is the online tracking, dispatch, and exception management system, which makes managing freight shipments easier, faster, and more efficient. Secondly, I am definitely impressed with how easy it is to use. The user-friendly interface, intuitive dashboard, and 24/7 support make getting started a breeze. Moreover, the tutorial video is also quite useful and helpful. Finally, considering the features and ease of use, the cost of ownership is surprisingly reasonable. as factors BluJay Transportation Management Software Review 1 (Cost of Ownership) I recently implemented BluJays Transportation Management Software to help optimize our shipping operations. While the system was fairly expensive, I felt it was worth it based on the level of optimization and responsibility that it would provide us with. After running the software for several months, I cannot recommend it because of its high cost of ownership. The software requires an expensive monthly fee to maintain its current features, plus additional fees for basic features such as access to the API, support for certain data integrations, and more. To make matters worse, the software also requires a one-time setup cost and many of the features require an additional cost for certain integrations. This cost made it hard for us to stay within our budget, as additional costs kept cropping up. Not only that, but the cost of owning the software meant that instead of being able to focus on the shipping operations themselves, we had to divert the resources to managing the software instead. Overall, I cannot recommend BluJays Transportation Management Software simply because of its high cost of ownership. Despite its effectiveness, the financial strain it caused our company was too much to bear. Rating: 2/10.

The product was advertised as an all-in-one solution that could handle most of our shipping needs, but this was far from the truth. The features and capabilities of the software just werent enough for it to live up to its promises, nor did the software have a clear product vision. When I talked to the customer service team, they had little to no knowledge of the products roadmap and goals. They also had poor responses to technical questions. This made it hard for me to understand BluJays product vision and where the software was headed. As a result, it was hard for me to make decisions about the software that aligned with our companys core values. Overall, I cannot recommend BluJays Transportation Management Software to other Engineering Managers due to its lack of product vision.
