The price is definitely steep, but I have to say, you get what you pay for. The cost for the license was initially a hard pill to swallow, and took a bit of time for us to fit into our budget. With that being said, I still must add that the value of the services that Cerasis Rater TMS provides far outweighs the cost of ownership - noting that, the cost has not been an issue since. The level of customer service that Cerasis Rater TMS provides is top notch! We encountered a few questions and challenges getting the software up and running, but the customer service team was quick, knowledgeable, and adept at finding solutions that were tailored to our specific needs. I could see the effort that had gone into designing specific features; Cargo management, bid and rate, fleet management, and AR/AP automation.
