INET-Logistics has been a reliable supplier of transportation management software for our company over the past 10 years. Their TMS provides everything we need to manage our supply chains, route optimization, and shipment tracking and its highly customizable, allowing us to make adjustments as needed. The customer service is also outstanding -- Ive never had a problem getting technical assistance when needed, either for installation or troubleshooting, and there have been no surprise fees or charges. However, the cost of ownership could be a bit lower than it currently is and I would suggest that they consider different pricing models to make it more affordable. Overall, Im very satisfied with INET-Logistics and I can definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a comprehensive, reliable TMS. Rating: 8.5/10

On top of this, the customer service staff are slow to respond and often unable to provide helpful solutions. The software does offer some advantages in terms of cost savings and efficiencies, but these are far outweighed by the frustrations of using it. The value for money is also extremely poor, with users required to pay for additional modules and services. Overall I would give the software a 3/10 rating - there are some redeeming features but they are not enough to make up for the poor user interface, customer service and value for money.
