Apart from the existing features, I also need to mention that Omnitracs Suite also has a â€œfuture-readyâ€ approach, where additional features and capabilities can be added as and when required, depending on the industry and business needs. We have already added a few specific features such as temperature tracking, fleet maintenance management and an interim financial management feature, which has been a great boon for our massive operations. The user-interface too has received great reviews from our users, who have found it intuitive, user-friendly and very quick to navigate through. Overall, I believe this is a great investment for our business and I would highly recommend it for businesses seeking an automated and comprehensive transportation management software. : Ease of Use: 4/5 I have been using Omnitracs Suite, an enterprise transportation management software offering from OMNITRACS LLC, for my engineering team in the past few months. The usability of the software is great. We were able to easily customize the dashboards and the different modules to accommodate our specific operations. The visual cues are clear and intuitive, making it very easy to understand the data. Additionally, the drag-and-drop functionalities have also been really helpful for us to plan our operations in real-time. The user interface, as well as various features of the software, are very intuitive. Navigating through different functions is a breeze, and I have found the user experience to be pleasant. We have also found the support module to be especially helpful, whether we need assistance with understanding terms or just with the general functionality of the product.

During my experience as a customer success manager, I have become aware of Omnitracs LLCs transportation management software Omnitracs Suite. In my opinion the level of interoperability, integration, overall innovation and use of next generation technology would rate 3/5 stars. The suite does provide a satisfactory experience by allowing for EDI connections and for data to be shared between systems. But Ive encountered some bugs in the system which makes it necessary to restart the connection each time. When it comes to overall innovation and use of next generation technology, I must admit that I havent been that impressed. There have been some updates to the software, but nothing that stands out or is very innovative. Additional features and services are simply not included in the suite - it is mostly limited to the basics, making this package better suited for smaller businesses. To conclude, I would rate the interoperability and integration and overall innovation and use of next generation technology of Omnitracs Suite at a 3/5. It could meet the needs of small-scale businesses who only require the basics, but other more advanced and comprehensive options are available.

However, I find the software drastically lacking in certain advanced features such as route optimization, onboard cameras and AI-enabled maintenance notifications. Therefore, these features are not currently available to users, which could potentially impair user experience. Im very glad I decided to purchase Omnitracs LLCs transportation management software for my business. The software has been very effective in helping me manage my operations and maintain records on the road. The cost of ownership is also relatively low, which is great for small businesses like mine. I expected the software to be reasonably user friendly but it left me wanting more. It has a lot of features, but the learning curve is rather steep and I found it quite difficult to navigate. Additionally, the customer service was far from satisfactory. Whenever there was an issue, they were slow to respond and the solutions they offered were not very effective. The customer service representatives were unhelpful in many cases and I had to figure out most issues myself. Despite these issues, I found the software to be reliable and efficient. It is able to track shipments and manage transportation operations with an acceptable degree of accuracy, which is its saving grace.

Review for Value for Money: I use Omnitracs Suite for our transport management and have been doing so for a year now. On the whole, I think it offers decent value for money. There are lots of features that allow us to automate routines and reduce our operational costs. The cost however, is quite high. We are paying more than we would if we had gone with an alternative software solution. I havent had to spend too much on the software, and it is a great help for tracking and effectively managing the costs of far management. Finally, I was pleased with the customer service I received. 4. Recently I purchased a transportation management software solution from OMNITRACS LLC and my experience was mixed. On one hand, the software has a lot of features that make it easy to manage a transportation business. It offers strong GPS tracking and monitoring capabilities, a streamlined process for dispatching, invoicing and documentation, as well as flexible customization options. On the other hand, the technology is beginning to show its age and some of the features are limited in abilities and outdated. I also believe the customer service could be improved. For these reasons, I cannot wholeheartedly recommend this software solution to everyone, but it is still a decent choice for those who dont need top of the line technological capabilities. I rate OMNITRACS LLCs software 3 stars.

As customer success manager, I have witnessed and used Omnitracs Suite, made by Omnitracs LLC. While this transportation management software does have its upsides, I have to rate their Interoperability and integration and Overall Innovation and use of next generation technology at a 3/5 stars. To start off, there is a good level of interoperability and integration. The connection between systems works well, allowing for EDI operations and the shared data between them. The only issue Ive noticed is the occasional bug which breaks the system and necessitates a manual reset. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about Overall Innovation and use of next generation technology. While the suite does include the basics that any TMS package should provide by now, their offerings are not ground-breaking or revolutionary. The updates which the company has released recently have improved the products stability, but there hasnt been any major leaps in terms of new features. To sum it all up, my overall rating of Omnitracs Suites Interoperability and integration and Overall Innovation and use of next generation technology is 3/5 stars. It could still be used as a solution for smaller businesses, but larger ones may choose to use a different, more comprehensive software package.

Having used many software for similar operations for many years I have to say that this does have a comprehensive set of features which has been very helpful for us. To begin with, I must acknowledge the automated reporting feature which has been incredibly useful for us when taking stock of current operations. This is because it helps us to gain an overall 360-degree view. Additionally, the real-time visibility offered by the software helps us to make proactive decisions quickly. Furthermore, the analytics feature has been useful to identify patterns amongst our data. We were able to spot trending issues with the shipments and were able to identify the source. This has helped us increase our efficiency and avoid future similar issues in an easy manner. Overall, I believe this is an all-in-one freight software which has been efficient, useful and very effective. The pricing is reasonable and the customer service too is satisfactory. Review 2 - Omnitracs Suite (1/5 stars) My experience with Omnitracs Suite as a transportation management software has been terrible. I find the user interface clunky and slow, which sometimes results in technical issues that render the software inaccessible for hours. The customer service representatives are completely inept and prove to be of little use despite the wait time for their response. On top of that, the software seems to fail whenever I have multiple tasks to perform in rapid succession. Ive had many instances where my shipments were delayed just because the software couldnt handle the increased workload. I cannot stress enough how much I regret purchasing this product and cannot recommend it to anyone looking for an efficient transportation management software.

While I have overall been mostly satisfied with it, I feel like the customer service could be improved. We had a few issues arise that we needed technical assistance with and the response time felt painfully slow. Even worse, when we finally got the technical support, the response seemed to be half-baked and hard to understand, as if we werent being prioritized at all. When it comes to the ease of use of the software, Im satisfied except for one major flaw. Although the user interface is smooth and fairly easy to navigate, its lacking in usability. Certain functions are unintuitive and make the software more difficult to use than it should be. Overall, I dont think I can give Omnitracs Suite a perfect score. Im still content with the product, but the customer service must be improved and the usability needs to be revisited as soon as possible.

Ease of Use: 5/5 I have been regularly using the transportation management software from OMNITRACS LLC, called Omnitracs Suite, and have found great ease of use. The software is incredibly user-friendly and we have been able to adopt it quickly. I like the fact that we dont have to wait for a customer service representative to come to our aid every time we need help navigating the software. The dashboard is organized in such a way that it is easy to find and access information. I like that I can add custom data fields and categorize them the way I want. Additionally, the GPS tracking and real-time monitoring features are very basic and limited they only work on certain types of vehicles and in only certain circumstances. The customer service from OMNITRACS LLC has also been poor, with long wait times and difficulty in finding answers to my questions. For these reasons, I cannot recommend the software for any user or business who needs advanced features of the type currently available from other providers. I rate this transportation management software solution 1 star for its outdated user-interface, limited GPS tracking and real-time monitoring features, and poor customer service.

As someone actively using Omnitracs Suite as customer success manager and having worked with it for a while, I feel that their transportation management software is only satisfactory when it comes to Interoperability and integration and Overall Innovation and use of next generation technology, as I would rate them at 3/5 stars. The suite does offer a basic level of interoperability and integration, allowing for data to be shared between systems through EDI connections. But Ive seen some bugs in this process and issues with compatibility, which require restarting the connection. The overall level of innovation and use of next generation technology is also hardly exciting. The suite does offer the basics that are expected in tonight TMS package, but it is missing some of the advanced features and uniques services that are offered in other software platforms. Therefore to sum up, my overall rating of Omnitracs Suites Interoperability and integration and Overall Innovation and use of next generation technology is 3/5 stars. It may meet the needs of a small business, but more comprehensive products are available for bigger clients who need a more robust solution.

As a customer success manager for Omnitracs, I would rate their transportation management software, Omnitracs Suite, at a 3/5 for qualities like Interoperability and integration and Overall Innovation and use of next generation technology. Though the suite provides basic transportation management services, there are still some bugs related to EDI integration, and the software doesnt have many of the innovative features that are included in other software platforms. In terms of interoperability and integration, Omnitracs Suite does offer a somewhat satisfactory experience. Clients have been able to establish EDI connections and data has been able to be shared between them. But there are some bugs that disrupt the system and require a manual restart of the connection. The overall innovation and use of next generation technology is also underwhelming. While the suite has had some updates in the recent years,these changes have not been as significant as one might expect. Besides a few bug and patch fixes, there have been no groundbreaking features or services added to the product. Overall, I can rate the Interoperability and integration and Overall Innovation and use of next generation technology at 3/5 stars. It could be a good option for small businesses who are just getting started and do not require many features, but better options are available for larger companies that need a more robust suite.

OMNITRACS Suite Review #3 - Ive been managing transportation operations at a growing business for several years. Over the years, we have used several different transportation management softwares, but recently decided to give OMNITRACS Suite by OMNITRACS LLC a try. Were impressed with the product and the level of customer service we receive and think its an ideal fit for businesses like ours. The software is versatile and easy to use. It provides just the right amount of features and customization options, and allows us to easily manage our fleet and stay on top of budgets and driver performance. Tracking and reporting are key for us, and the software provides us with visibility in those areas. The customer service we receive from the OMNITRACS LLC team has been outstanding. They are very responsive and willing to go the extra mile to help resolve any issues we have. We dont take customer service lightly and having this support is a big plus. After using OMNITRACS Suite for several months, we would rate it a 9 out of 10. For any business looking for a reliable transportation management software, we would highly recommend OMNITRACS Suite.

As a dedicated customer success manager working with Omnitracs Suite, I have an insider view of how their transportation management software meets the needs of my customers. While there are some good aspects of the suite, I would rate overall Interoperability and integration and Overall Innovation and use of next generation technology at a 3/5. To start with Interoperability and integration, Omnitracs Suite does provide a way for clients to connect their software systems to one another. I have seen clients partake in successful EDI operations which then lets them share data between each other. However, I have become aware in recent times of certain bugs which have broken this system. In some instances, clients have to restart the entire connection process due to system compatibility issues. In terms of Overall Innovation and use of next generation technology, most features offered within the Omnitracs Suite are now standard when it comes to transportation management software. Although they have taken steps to improve their suite and have released several updates over the last few years, I havent seen any significant advancements in the suite compared to other leading software platforms. Overall, I would rate my experience with Omnitracs Suite in terms of Interoperability and integration and Overall Innovation and use of next generation technology at 3/5 stars. It could be useful for small businesses looking for a basic TMS solution, but it does have some areas in need of improvement.

We had recently switched to this software to manage our transportation needs, and I was immediately impressed with its intuitive design, feature-rich functionality and competitive pricing. The first thing that struck me was how it fluidly unifies dispatching, driver performance data, route building, weather forecasts, and so much more all in one place. With this product, I have been able to have a comprehensive view of all my transportation needs, allowing for greater efficiency and accuracy. With the weight data, I can quickly identify which routes are most efficient with less travel time, and Ive been able to keep vehicle capacity to a minimum while maintaining delivery times. In terms of ease of use, Omnitracs Suite is extremely user-friendly. It takes no more than a few clicks to understand how to use it, and the product provides several helpful videos on YouTube in case one needs any further guidance. From the administrative end, the product is easier to work with than ever, with seamless scalability and unlimited fleet analyses. In terms of pricing, OMNITRACS LLC is quite competitive. We were able to take advantage of a special limited-time offer and save quite a bit, as well as get our first six months free. This was a great bonus, as it allowed us to explore the product without having to worry too much about the cost. Overall, I would certainly recommend OMNITRACS and their Suite product. Everything from the product vision to the product features and ease of use makes it a great choice for transportation management. Rating: 9/10

Review for Interoperability and Integration: Omnitracs Suites interoperability and integration capabilities are pretty impressive. Not only can we easily connect the software to external databases and APIs, but they offer lots of tools to facilitate data synchronization. This makes onboarding a new system much easier. The support team is also quite responsive when we need help with any integration issues we might have. The only improvement I would like to see is a more well-structured user manual with step-by-step instructions on how to configure the software and use its integrations. Otherwise, its integration and interoperability are great. (Rating: 8/10)
