Next I focused on the overall innovation and use of next-gen technologies within the Aurelius Lab UX software. I was impressed with how quickly the team was able to introduce new tools, like voice recognition and eye-tracking capabilities. It was evident the developers had done their research and were understanding and addressing user demand. Additionally, the tools were presented in an easy to use manner and enabled me to quickly integrate these new capabilities into existing processes. I did feel, however, that the innovativeness could have been taken a step further. The developers had done a wonderful job creating the tools, but more could have been done to integrate them more effectively with legacy systems and processes. I gave the overall innovation and use of next-gen technology a rating of 8/10.

Having recently engaged with Aurelius Lab LLC for their UX software offerings, I believe that the product vision deserves a rating of 3.5/5 stars. While their direction and plans for the product were clearly communicated, there was nothing exceptionally unique or advanced presented that I hadnt seen before. The product was intuitive and the interface was easy to navigate, but the speed and responsiveness were poor. Therefore, I would rate the ease of use a 2.5/5 stars. Lastly, the product features that were offered were satisfactory and necessary but nothing revolutionary, thus earning them a rating of 3/5 stars. Overall, I believe that Aurelius Lab LLCs UX Software Offering earns a rating of 2.9/5 stars. While they provided a basic product that mostly achieved what we requested, the lack of innovation or advancement of their product features was disappointing. I would only recommend them if one is looking for a basic product with a set of features that are not far out this advanced space.

Navigating the software was a total nightmare, I found myself getting increasingly frustrated as I tried to figure out certain functions. The help section did not provide enough simple information to understand what I needed to do. I knew that the software was supposed to make life easier, but instead, it made things harder. In terms of product vision, I think their team did a good job of communicating their direction and planning and I would rate the product vision 4/5 stars. That being said, I think the ease of use earned a rating of 2.5/5 stars. Especially useful has been the platform-based integration feature, which allows anyone from different teams to use the same design library this has increased collaboration and eliminated any discrepancies in design. Ultimately, I find that the UX design process provided by the software is clunky and unhelpful. I found it difficult to move between designs and the workflow is slow and cumbersome.
