The software lives up to all the claims of saving me time and making the user experience intuitive. In the past, other products forced me to navigate through head-banging menus, while with this software it is as simple as making a few clicks on the home screen. Interoperability and integration, however, was not as successful as the rest of the product. Plus, their customer service is excellent. Whenever Ive had an issue, theyve been quick to resolve it and make sure I was left satisfied. From product vision to product features and value for money, I had to say that this offering from Clear Software was lacking. Review 5 I recently bought UX Software from Clear Software and was terribly disappointed. Their customer service was abysmal and it took days to get any response to basic queries. This was simply unacceptable as I expected an immediate response. Moreover, the software had no futuristic use cases or examples - it was stuck in the same basic features other software providers offer. Im an old European buyer and I recently had the chance to use Clear Softwares UX software. In a word: impressed. This software is a dream come true, especially considering its cost of ownership. I was able to purchase the essentials and add on some premium features that I found helpful, all at an affordable price. I did find the interoperability and integration a bit tricky. Since I work with several different, often incompatible, software packages I had to configure the software to recognize them, a process that I found laborious and time-consuming. Nevertheless, I believe I can rate the cost of ownership as 9/10, and the interoperability and integration as 8/10.
