They had multiple tutorials and videos that were immensely helpful in understanding the product and its usage. Unfortunately I soon realized that none of their offerings support futuristic use cases, such as 3D printing and AI/ML projects. 4. Awingus virtualization software offerings have completely changed the way I run my business. Their customer service was quite good, which I was able to understand how to use the system quickly and easily. Whenever I had any questions I knew that support was just a phone call away. Review 1 - Interoperability & Integration I recently started to look into Awingus Virtualization Software offerings and while they look promising, Im disappointed with how they dont seem to offer the interoperability and integration features I was hoping for. Despite my best efforts and research, it seems that the Virtualization Software offering is only compatible with a handful of existing solutions and doesnt provide a truly interoperable environment. There is no way for me to easily connect to my applications and data from any other device so I cant take emails or documents with me. Even more troublesome is their inability to open PDFs and other legacy documents from inside their system, meaning Im unable to view certain files without opening them elsewhere first. Im sure this is something they are aware and working to resolve, but I find myself needing to find another solution. Rating: 2/5

Documentation and Technical Support: 4 Stars Awingu offers an array of documentation and technical support which I found really helpful. The comprehensive knowledge base had details of all the features and use cases. I also found that their technical assistance was very helpful in quickly resolving any issues and responding to queries promptly. I wish they had more in terms of real-time support so that issues could be further expedited. However, yet the existing support is more than capable to handle most of the technical issues.

If your organization needs a virtualization solution with great customer service, then Awingu is a great option. Awingu really goes out of their way to make sure all customers are happy. From the beginning of the onboarding process when they provide users with access to tutorials, webinars, and documentation, to the end of the process when they make sure every customer is taken care of, they really make sure they take care of everyone. During my time using the product, I had a few customer service tickets that needed to be resolved and the customer service team was able to respond quickly and solve the problem in no time. The software is perfect for businesses, with built-in encryption and authentication to keep data safe. The desktop roaming feature is a lifesaver for staff, as it allows them to access their data from anywhere. Ive been particularly impressed with the user experience Awingu offers. The software is very intuitive and user-friendly, so Ive had no difficulty in getting started. Interoperability and Integration: 4 Stars I recently purchased Awingus Virtualization Software offerings to help with our organizations growing need for more collaboration capabilities. I had heard a lot of great things about Awingu, so I wanted to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised by the seamless integration of Awingus Services into our existing systems. We were able to quickly integrate the software resulting in a smooth shift of our conversations and data over to Awingu. It was amazing that all our files that were previously spread over multiple cloud storage providers were properly organized and stored in Awingu. The ability to call up data stored in Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive etc. without having to switch on and off different applications really streamlined our work process.
