As a Senior Management Executive, my experience was far from satisfactory. The interoperability of the system was highly lacking, as their systems would not sync up with our current applications, even after many hours of troubleshooting and attempts of integration. The company claims the system is designed to be interoperable, however I found this to be far from the truth. Rating: 2/10. The customer service provided by Virtuozzo was also incredibly poor. The customer service team was not very knowledgeable and did not have any experience with the virtualization software. Response times were extremely slow, and we often had to get transferred to other support teams in order to get any sort of satisfactory answer. Rating: 1/10. I would not recommend Virtuozzos virtualization software offerings to any other business. Until they can make significant improvements to both their interoperability and customer service, they will be unable to compete in the market. Rating: 2/10.

It offers an intuitive dashboard, fantastic scalability, and top-notch security. Recently, I switched over to the Virtuozzo control panel and it was very easy to learn. The dashboard hasdrag-and-drop capabilities and other helpful tools, making it a breeze to manage the servers. I am also able to quickly snapshot any server at any time and if an issue occurs, I can instantly rollback and restore the server with no downtime. The scalability it offers is also perfect for many of my applications. I can quickly increase and decrease the amount of resources and can also move servers if needed, making it ideal for optimizing resources. The security aspects of the software are also great; I have control over who has authorization and all data is automatically encrypted for protection. A truly remarkable virtualization solution. It offers users the perfect blend of scalability and security in an easy-to-manage control panel. Highly recommend.

Virtuozzo Virtualization Software - Review 1 Im a Senior Management Executive for a large manufacturing company and I recently had the opportunity to trial Virtuozzos virtualization software offerings. Overall, I am disappointed with both the interoperability and integration, as well as the customer service provided by the company. In terms of interoperability, I found the Virtuozzo system to be far too limited when it came to integrating with other systems. Even after spending countless hours on troubleshooting and trying various forms of integrations, I was still unable to get the Virtuozzo systems to sync up with our other applications. While the company claims their systems are designed to be interoperable with other programs, this didnt appear to be the case. Rating: 3/10. When it comes to customer service, I also found that Virtuozzo was sorely lacking. Their response times were incredibly slow and their customer service team was not well-versed in the brand-new virtualization software. It was extremely frustrating spending time on hold and attempting to explain complex technical issues that werent understood. We often had to switch to another support department in order to find any answers. Rating: 2/10. Overall, I wouldnt recommend Virtuozzos virtualization software offerings to any other business. Until they significantly improve both their interoperability and customer service, they will be unable to compete with other virtualization software providers.
