'Review 01 Rating: 4.5 I’ve been using Condeco’s Visitor Management Software for some time now and I will say that their best feature is its ease of use. As a veteran in the industry, I am always looking for a product that both provides a great user experience but also goes the extra mile in supporting futuristic use cases. Condeco’s Visitor Management Software does just that. From booking meetings in advance to a customizable user interface that lets me quickly add or remove fields to account for certain use cases, this system has worked wonders for me. Integrating the software with other scheduling tools (including Google and Outlook) was also surprisingly easy. The system was straightforward, and the integration with my current tools was never a problem. Finally, I really appreciated the training offered by the Condeco team, which helped to give me an understanding of the product quickly, as well as provide a chance to troubleshoot with real industry veterans. 'Having recently purchased Condeco’s Visitor Management Software for our small business, I’m proud to say that it has definitely met my expectations. All of our visitor experience processes have been drastically improved, and the feature-rich software has proven to be an incredible asset. From the get-go, I was extremely impressed by the level of innovation and use of next-generation technology. The software is secure and encrypted which eliminates the possibility of data breaches. It’s also fully customizable which is really useful as it allows us to provide a personalized experience for our visitors. And the quick access to our Wi-Fi was just an added bonus. The analytics and reporting feature is really handy too. This gives us a detailed view of the types of visitors we’ve hosted over a given period of time and that’s really useful in understanding how our front of house operations are running. 'Review 5: I recently had the chance to review Condeco’s Visitor Management Software and was pleasantly surprised with its features and the associated value for money. I liked how the solution operated using a contactless sign in model. This enabled visitors to check in quickly and easily, without having to manually enter any details. The visitor analytics were also quite useful, as it provided me with a summary of their nationality, how many times they had visited, and so forth. Moreover, this product offers good flexibility with its product vision. It allows companies to create different events and activities that can be attached to each visitor in order to optimize space. However, one of the downsides of this product is that it does not have a lot of customisation options. I was hoping I could customise the sign in and reporting process more, but this was unfortunately not the case. My overall rating for this product would be 7.5/10. The value for money and product features are great, but the lack of customisation options let it down somewhat.'

'5) Interoperability and Integration: 4/5 Condeco has made a name for itself in the Visitor Management Software industry. The good thing is that I have had no troubles in integrating their system with multiple business applications such as outlook. The security levels of the system are also adequate, with the added protection of cloud storage so that the data is available at all times. Apart from that, the user interface is also straightforward, and I find it quite easy to configure the alert systems and manage the schedules of the visitors. Furthermore, it is integrated with attendance systems, allowing for quick sign-in and sign-outs, which help to optimise flow! The system is also highly scalable; and I do not need to worry about modifying it in the future. However, I recently experienced some issues with the integration of other tools and systems that used various protocols such as SSH, Telnet, etc. Nonetheless, the system still works quite efficiently.'

'I recently purchased Condeco's Visitor Management Software for our small business and I'm really glad I did. The software has revolutionized the way in which our company handles visitors and it's really made our visitor experience smoother. 'Searching for great Visitor Management Software is no walk in the park, but Condeco made it a lot easier. After using their offerings for some time, I must admit that I'm really happy with what they have to offer. Starting with cost of ownership, I would definitely rate it 8/10. Review 3 Ive been using Condecos Visitor Management Software for a few months now and it has come in handy without fail. This is a great tool to keep track of visitor details, movements and contact parameters. It is intuitive and easy to use and provides all the functionalities I need to manage visitors in an efficient manner. The cost of ownership is also fairly reasonable, making it an attractive solution for me. I recently started using Condeco as our Visitor Management System at my company and Im honestly so impressed. We got to try out their badge printer and it is producing great quality. The badge can be customized according to the visitor which gave us a great way of separating visitors from employees. The customer service was friendly and helpful. They answered all questions that I had in a very timely manner and were able to provide customized solutions to our exact needs. I also appreciate that they are continuously investing to develop futuristic solutions like creating restriction policies so that the right people can access the right areas of the building. As a Procurement Manager, I recently worked with the Condeco Visitor Management Software and it was an exceptionally smooth and easy experience. The software is incredibly user-friendly, with a clear and intuitive interface, allowing us to quickly and easily register visitors and keep track of whos in the office. The software also allowed us to set up pre-approval requests to ensure that only authorized visits are made to our premises. Another great feature was that we had the option to switch to digital sign-in. We kept the traditional paper clipboard but also had the option of digital sign-in kiosks. This was a great asset not only for our receptionist, but also for our visitors as it meant that there was no waiting in line and no awkward search for a guest signature. I found that the product offered great value for money and saved us a lot of time and troubles. I can wholeheartedly recommend it, and I was certainly glad to have chosen it over other similar products. With its useful features and user-friendly interface, I can see it remaining a staple of our visitor tracking workflow. Id have to rate it 8/10.

Review 2 As the Research & Development Head for our organisation, I recently had the pleasure of trying out Condecos Visitor Management Software. While there were many positives to our experience, there were a few drawbacks that we ran into as well. The first of which was cost-of- ownership. We found this to be slightly more expensive than other solutions on the market, and it wasnt tremendously price-friendly. This was something of a disappointment, as we had been hoping to remain as budget-friendly as possible. That said, however, our customer service experience was excellent. The team at Condeco was courteous and efficient, providing clear instructions and quick response times when we had any questions. All in all, I would rate this software as a solid 3 out of 5. The cost of ownership was an impediment, but the customer service was excellent.

As for its interoperability, I found that its integration capabilities with existing systems were excellent. The scalability to many different systems such as LDAP, CRM, Identity and Access Control etc. enhances the product further. This minimises difficulties integrating the product with existing systems, streamlining the visitor management process. However, I found that the value for money could have been better. Although the subscription fee is quite affordable, the additional cost of add-on services can be relatively more expensive. Nevertheless, I believe that it is still good value for money. I strongly recommend Condeco Visitor Management Software for its impressive capabilities in terms of integration. Despite a few issues with its value for money, it is still a great choice for a visitor management system. I would rate the product 7.5/10.

We were assigned a dedicated account manager who really took the time to understand our requirements. He was always available to answer our questions and kept us informed about any changes. So, 5/5 for the customer service. In terms of product vision, they offer features such as automated booking, self-service signing in, and visitor tracking. Its perfect for our needs as it eliminates manual works and makes managing visitors much more efficient. So, 4/5 for the product vision. The product features are also quite impressive. The user experience is very smooth and simple, and all our visitors also find it very user friendly. We provide a self-service key card to visitors who can use it to access the premises. The software was incredibly slow and unreliable, often making the process of visitor registration laborious and time-consuming. What is worse is that the system crashed on many occasions which meant we had to revert back to manual processes for visitor registration. In addition, the system does not seem to be secure and often refused entry to authorised visitors as the access system was unable to recognize them. Furthermore, the reporting capabilities of the product are extremely limited, providing very little in the way of insightful data. Their self-guided "tours" are meant to walk you through the process of setting up the software but I had a lot of trouble getting the system running properly. 4th Review I recently purchased Condecos Visitor Management Software and have to say that it was a good decision on my part. After researching the market and comparing prices, I realized that this product gave me the best value for money and fit my needs perfectly. The software was easy to install and setup and the step-by-step instructions made it a breeze. Additionally, I could customize the visitor passes and have complete control over who had access to my office. That was a crucial factor for me and Condecos Visitor Management Software managed to deliver on it perfectly. In terms of cost, I think this product is priced very reasonably. There are other products on the market with more features, but they are also considerably more expensive. The only critique I have is that the customer service could be better. On a few occasions, the customer service reps didnt quite understand my needs and were not very helpful. Nevertheless, I would rate the product 4 out of 5 stars due to its features, cost-effectiveness, and overall ease of use.

From the onboarding process which did not result in any clarity for us on how to effectively use the software, to the customer service which was extremely apathetic and slow to respondâ€”all of this involves a poor value for money. This review is based on my experience with this software. When my organization was onboarding into the CONDECO product, our support specialist was very confusing in his answers and did not give us the information we were looking for. We literally had to troubleshoot their software from scratch in order to figure out how to best use it. Such lack of instructional clarity resulted in plenty of lost time and effort which could have been avoided had they provided better customer service. Thus, I would give CONDECOs customer service a 2/5. The software itself is quite basic and does not deliver many features which could be useful for an enterprise-level organization. And this is all reflected in the cost. It is quite expensive; considering the value we get we could have gotten much more for the same amount of money had we opted for another product. Firstly, the cost of ownership is somewhat on the higher side. The subscription fees are quite expensive, considering the amount of features that it offers. Second, the system is not user friendly at all. It can be quite overwhelming to use as a non-technical person. The customization options are also quite limited. Finally, the system also crashes quite often and there is no reliable support offered by the service provider. I have had to devote significant time and resources to fix the technical problems and get back to business. All in all, I certainly wouldnt recommend using Condeco for visitor management. Its not worth the cost and hassle. I rate it a 2 out of 5.

I have been using CONDECO since they started and have found their platform to be quite unhelpful when it comes to certain matters. For example, when I needed to generate a report for all visitors, I could not get the export feature to work. Also, the website was slow to respond and I had to keep refreshing the page to get my desired result. The customer service was of no help here, as when I contacted them regarding this issue, their response was cold and unhelpful. In the end, I was only able to generate the report manually. I would rate CONDECOs customer service and tech support a 1/5. In conclusion, CONDECOs Visitor Management Software has proved to be a headache for my organization and I really cannot see it ever being beneficial for us. Their customer service has been terrible and the value for money is terribly lacking. As a result, my experience with CONDECO has been quite unfulfilling and I have to rate it a 2/5.

3- Review of CONDECO Visitor Management Suite: I have been using CONDECOs Visitor Management Suite for quite some time now and I must say the services they provide have been quite satisfactory. The software has some great features that help us fulfill futuristic use cases. For instance, we are able to record visitor information in real-time, initiate an optional check-in process, schedule multiple and recurring visits, send invitation emails, etc. By using these features we have been able to streamline our operations in a more efficient manner. Moreover, the team is quite helpful and always available for any queries or feedback. Customer service has been quick to respond and able to resolve most of my issues. Thus, I would rate CONDECOs Visitor Management Suite 8/10.

## I am thoroughly impressed with CONDECOs Visitor Management Software offering. As the Head of R&D for our enterprise, I must say that the system is incredibly easy to integrate into our existing systems. I was even more impressed with its futuristic approach to the task. The software gives us full administrative control over who is allowed onto the premises and can even customize the visitor experience. I was particularly struck by the value for money offered by CONDECOs software. It gives us a wealth of features such as Pre-registration of visitors, ability to verify visitors identity, and even being able to control the pathways the visitors take through the premises. I see no other rating system worthy of CONDECOs offering but a 5 out of 5 star for its support of futuristic use cases and value for money.

The interface has great visualization, helping us easily get used to the system. It also allowed us to avoid any physical contact, which is essential in the current scenario. The integration with Microsoft Teams is a great plus with allowing us to grant/deny access to visitors. We were also impressed by Condecos end-to-end Visitor Management System. There are now accurate visitor reports and it helps us save time and resources. Additionally, it allows us to whitelist our visitors and maintain an organized register that can be looked up in moments. The customer service and help-desk team at Condeco is responsible for their success with us in this journey. They take the time and respond to our queries quickly and comprehensively, helping us run our day-to-day activities without any disruptions. However, I cannot rate Condecos Visitor Management System with 5-stars as there are spaces of improvements. For example, I would like to see global readiness addressed better as right now, it takes more time than usual to edit and make changes. The solution can also benefit from more automation and better workflow design. But overall, Condecos Visitor Management System is value for money and fits into my futuristic use-cases. From what Ive seen, the software has tremendous potential to exhibit advanced features for improved visitor experience. In our case, upon implementation of this software we saw immense productivity gains in the sense our checkout procedure became very efficient. Moreover, easy automation of visitor registration also contributed to this effect. Although, I found the system exhibited excellent interoperability with our internal systems, I may have expected a more complete integration with identity verification & authentication systems, taking into consideration the security aspect. Review 1 For an organization such as mine, the right Visitor Management Software is essential. As such, I was extremely glad to come across CONDECOs solution which has been meeting our needs perfectly. I would rate the software itself 5 out of 5 as it is extremely user friendly, efficient and secure. We have had no difficulties with the tool, and the great customer service from CONDECO has meant that should any issues have arisen, we have been able to resolve them quickly. The Value for Money we get from CONDECOs software is good; we are using the basic version but can easily upgrade the package depending on our changing needs. We have made great use of the image capturing, verification and logging features which have proved to be very useful in helping us keep track of visitors to our premises. And the automated SMS notifications that can be sent to save-up visitors time is also great. My biggest commendation however goes to the fantastic customer service we have received from CONDECO. From installation of the software to helping with any trouble shooting, their customer support team have been incredibly helpful. The technology leaves much to be desired and whilst I appreciate the modern UI, some of its functions seem under-developed or underutilized. In terms of value for money, I would rate Condeco a 7/10. The cost is relatively reasonable, and there are numerous features included that are useful, but ultimately the overall user experience is lacking. The innovative elements of the visitor management software are few and far between. It is evident that Condeco may have been designed with the intention of being a problem solver for modern businesses, but the laissez-faire end result fails to live up to that expectation. For example, when attempting to access and manage visitor information, it can be time consuming as the navigation flow is quite convoluted and there is little support available to alleviate issues. Ive been using Condecos Visitor Management Software for about two years now. In my experience, its been an incredibly efficient tool with a user-friendly interface. The backend architecture is extremely secure and the workflow flows with little effort. It allows us to digitize visitor logging, expediting both administration and visitor entry/exit. But what I find most impressive is the added convenience of integrating it with our enterprise directory. This allows us to recognize our own employees and gives us quick access to essential visitor information. The system is highly customizable, which makes it invaluable for our organization. The cost of the product is reasonable, considering the amount of features and scalability it offers. But, I think with the tight budget most companies have, the long-term cost of ownership should be taken into consideration. After researching the market and comparing prices, I found that this product was the best value for my money. The product was easy to install and set up, and the step-by-step setup process was quite helpful. The ability to customize visitor passes was great and gave me good control over who had access to my office. In terms of cost, I think the pricing for this software is very reasonably priced. The other products on the market are expensive, but this one offered me the best bang for my buck. One area that needs improvement is customer service. I had some trouble with a feature and the customer service reps werent as helpful as they could have been. The cost of ownership is quite high and it does not provide many features. The user interface is quite outdated and there is no customization options available. The system also tends to crash often, leading to a lot of downtime. There is no reliable technical support from the service provider and I had to spend my own resources to figure out the problems and get back to the business. Moreover, the security aspect of the product is also great, as the software runs automated background checks on all visitors before issuing a pass. That being said, I feel like there is a certain lack of customizability when compared to other products on the market. There are no options to change the design of the pass, layout of the form and branding of the interface is also limited. However, I must say that these observations are quite minor in the grand scheme of things, but still something to keep in mind. Ease of use My team uses Condeco for visitor management. I must say that it is not the most convenient tool to use. There is a large learning curve that we had to go through, as there were not enough instruction manuals or tutorials. It would have been convenient if there were more support available. 'Review 2: I recently had the chance to try out Condeco’s Visitor Management Software offerings. It is one of the best visitor tracking solutions I have used. I particularly liked the ease of use, as well as the value for money associated with it. One of the features that impressed me the most was the contactless ID badge sign in feature. This allowed to check in guests quickly and easily, without having to manually enter any of their details. I particularly liked the fact that this process is handled completely by Condeco, meaning I don’t have to worry about managing the data myself. The analytics generated by the visitor management system also turned out to be quite useful. I was able to see the nationality of visitors, how many times they had visited in the past, and more. This allowed me to better understand our visitors and track their movements more efficiently. Unfortunately, I have to note that the product’s customisation capabilities are somewhat limited. I was hoping I could customise different aspects of the sign in and reporting process, but was unable to do so. Nonetheless, I would rate Condeco’s Visitor Management Software as 8/10. The value for money and product features are great, however the lack of customisation features lets it down somewhat.'

Condeco Review 1: I recently added Condeco as my visitor management software for my small business and have had great success with it so far. The interface is easy to use and the security features are top-of-the-line. I use the software to pre-register my visitors and also to manage whos in my building, making sure that I can keep track of who has access and who doesnt. Im also impressed with the products innovative use of technology-- it supports all sorts of next generation use cases, like using NFC technology to scan badges. The software is also capable of supporting futuristic uses cases like facial recognition, artificial intelligence, and biometric authentication. Overall I give Condeco a 4/5 rating-- its been effective so far and I look forward to using it more in the future.

Review 1: I recently implemented Condecos Visitor Management Software offering in my mid-market company and have been disappointed with the service thus far. Whilst the initial set up and user interface has been relatively simple, the software has been slow and unreliable. At times the software has completely crashed and this has meant that weve had to rely on manual processes for visitor registration. Weve also been frustrated by the lack of robustness of the system. For example, on more than one occasions, visitors who have not signed in correctly at receptions desk have not been able to gain entry to the building as the system has denied them access. Furthermore, Ive found that the reporting features of the system are very limited, offering very little in the way of user insights. All in all, the service offered by Condeco has been far from satisfactory. I give the product a rating of two out of five.

Having tried out Condeco Visitor Management Software for a few weeks now, I can confidently say that its quite the leap forward from the other software Ive used. Right from the setup process to badge customization, almost every single feature was incredibly easy to use and very intuitive. The customer service was also quite helpful, taking me through the customization setup and ensuring I got exactly what I wanted. The only downside I experienced was with pricing and the cost of additional features. Condeco isnt the most cost-effective solution, and I had to pay for a lot of extra features which I wished came by default. Other than that, I give Condeco Visitor Management Software an 8/10 for ease of use, and 5/10 for the cost of ownership.

CONDECO Visitor Management Software Review 3 I recently tried out CONDECOs visitor management software as a procurement manager and I must say that I`m impressed. It offers an all-in-one solution to manage visitors and features some great features such as registration kiosks, badge printing, visitor log books and analytics. The convenience and ease-of-use of this software is amazing. I love the fact that visitors can digitally sign NDAs, meaning that their paperwork is taken care off in no time. I`m also impressed with the way they help me to configure and customize various fields, like the ones for visitor categorization and additional info. The customer service I received was great too. Whenever I had questions or difficulties, the customer support team were always happy and ready to help me. All in all, Id rate CONDECOs Visitor Management Software 4.5/5 stars.

#2 I was recently fortunate enough to try a demo version of Condecos Visitor Management Software, and I must say I was very pleased with what I found. As a Procurement Manager, the need for visitor management solutions often arise and having the right software on hand is essential. Condeco seems to really have their product vision clear and organized. Their user interface is incredibly intuitive and easy to navigate. I was very impressed with all of the features they offer, including two-factor authentication and custom badges. With the ability to customize badges with the company logo comes an extra layer of security, which I found very helpful. Overall, the product features are very impressive. Guests can easily be managed and given personalized attention and the software can be easily integrated with other external systems. Data can also be imported and exported with ease. I am confident that I made the right decision to give Condecos Visitor Management Software a try and I am sure to use this software in the future. It is innovative, feature-packed and utilizes next generation technology at its fullest. I easily rate it A+.

We found the product quite clunky and unresponsive at times, with lags and delays on the general user interface. The facial recognition system in particular was not as fast or reliable as promised, leading to a lot of delays. In terms of engineering and customisability, we found this product far from user friendly or adaptable. It lacked possible scalability, making it hard to tailor the product to our changing needs. On top of that, the pricing was much higher than some of the other solutions available. All in all, we were quite disappointed with Condecos Visitor Management Software. The features were attractive at first, but the actual performance was wanting. We cannot recommend this product and only give it a 1/5 rating.

3rd Review I recently purchased Condecos Visitor Management Software and I`m quite pleased with it. As a small business owner, I was looking for a product that offered me control, security, and value for money. This product has certainly delivered on these factors. First of all, the installation process was quite smooth. I was walked through the setup step by step, and it didnt take me too long to get the software up and running. Additionally, the customization features on the digital visitor passes were great. It gave me the control I needed over who had access to my office. The cost of the product is also quite good. I found other similar products on the market, but they were more expensive than Condecos offering. My only criticism would be the customer service. There were a few times where I was having trouble with a feature and the customer service reps werent incredibly knowledgeable or helpful. Overall, I would rate the product 4 out of 5 stars due to the excellent features, value for money, and simple setup process.

Review 2: I recently decided to install Condecos Visitor Management Software offering in my mid-market company and must say that Im not at all satisfied with the service offered. To provide some context, the system set up was smooth and the user interface was user-friendly and intuitive. However, this was unfortunately where the good experiences with the product ended. The software was not fast, often making the process of visitor registration very cumbersome and slow. On several occasions, the software has crashed and this has meant our reception staff had to register visitors manually. To make matters worse, the system is not robust enough and has on several occasions, not allowed visitors into our building as the system had refused them access. Furthermore, the reporting features of the system are very limited and do not provide any meaningful user insights. In conclusion, this product has not met my expectations and therefore I would rate it with a score of two out of five.

I have been using their product for almost 3 months now and want to give an honest review. I am quite impressed with the level of customer service we have been receiving. They assigned us with a dedicated account manager who was very accommodating with our requirements. They keep us updated regularly and are always available to answer our questions. So, I would definitely give them 5/5 for customer service. The product vision aligns with what we need. We were looking for a way to manage visitors at multiple sites, and they provide features such as automated booking, self-service signing in, and visitor tracking. All of these features are very useful and has made managing visitors much more efficient. So, 4/5 for the product vision. The product features are also quite comprehensive. They provide an intuitive self-service key card system and the visitor tracking feature gives us a complete view of who is visiting us and who is currently onsite. We love the visuals of the system which made us comfortable with it quickly. The Contactless Entry and Exit System has come in handy in this pandemic. We are now able to grant/deny access to our visitors through its integration with Microsoft Teams. The full-scale Visitor Management System has helped us create accurate visitor reports and maintain a whitelisted register for our visitors. The customer service team at Condeco is impressive in helping us figure out our operational activities. The only issue we face is with regard to global readiness, automation, and workflow design that can be improved further. Cost-efficiency can also be better. One of the most impressive features is the Interoperability and integration with other systems, including customer loyalty programs. This allows us to seamlessly embed Condeco's Visitor Management Software into our existing system, which is incredibly helpful. Review#2 Condecos Visitor Management Software has been a great addition to our companys daily operations. It is one of the easiest solutions to use and manage; you can quickly and easily customize a host of settings and permissions. We have been very satisfied with the level of next-generation technology and innovation utilized by the software. For instance, securing our building using facial recognition is extremely easy. It seamlessly integrates with visitors smartphones for preregistration and thus offering an added level of safety and convenience. While the initial setup may have taken a bit of time, overall, we have found the systems capabilities and user-friendliness to be very satisfactory. Rating - 4.5/5.

Review 4: I am writing this review as a Director of a multinational company and our organization recently switched to CONDECOs Visitor Management Software, and we couldnt be happier with the decision. What we wanted from the Software was something to that had great interoperability and integration capabilities, so that it could be used alongside other processes and systems. After using the Software for some time I must say that the integration was easy and convenient. The Software is incredibly responsive to changes and updates, and it is quite versatile. The Use of next generation technology integrated in the Software has been something that we particularly admire. The automation capabilities in the Software have made our job much easier, removing the manual tasks and data entry which was impeding the advances in our organization. Rating: 8.5/10

Firstly, its use cases cover many scenarios, ranging from access control to data collection, and that helps my team improve their productivity. In addition, Condecos product vision is always focused on the latest digital integrated solutions and that makes sure that we are always ahead of the curve. In terms of product features, Condeco comes with everything we need to streamline the visitor check-in process, improve data accuracy and monitor visitors visits. Its data analytics and reports are very useful in making smarter decisions quickly. I believe Condeco Visitor Management Software is a great product and Id recommend it to other companies. 3 Ive had the opportunity to use Condecos Visitor Management Software for a few months now and I must say that I am impressed. This is especially helpful when searching for or managing visitors, and when integrating with existing systems and analytics. Additionally, the software offers comprehensive automation features that allow users to easily book and manage visits. The integration and interoperability of this software make it a great option for organizations of all sizes. It quickly integrates with existing systems and services as well as providing customers with advanced features to make compliance up to date. On the other hand, I do think this software can be improved on the customer support front as Ive experienced some delays in responding to my queries. Overall, I would rate Condecos Visitor Management Software at 8.5 out of 10 for its intuitive design, comprehensive automation features, and third-party integrations.

I could not be more pleased with my experience. Condecos user-friendly interface has made the process of creating check-in passes for visitors exceptionally simple. The graphics are nice, and the ability to customize the colors, fonts and logos are a significant bonus. These customized check-in passes could have important information embedded in them like the visitors contact information and purpose of the visit. The robust analytics dashboard provided by Condeco greatly streamlines the process of managing visitor data, which has been a major boon. I am able to quickly identify which visitors are on-site, who has checked in and who has checked out, and how long they have been on-site. This has been extremely helpful in tracking individuals and tracking potential security risks. The product vision that Condeco has created is truly inspiring. They successfully managed to create a platform that consistently considers modern needs and can react in real-time. This helps me to make sure that the visitor management at my workplace is always up to date and optimized to offer the best visitor experience. One of the most notable features is their future-friendly approach demonstrated by the addition of biometric authentication and facial recognition. To sum it up, the solution provided by Condeco is incredibly user-friendly and powerful. Business Owner #3: I recently took the plunge and switched to a new visitor management software - CONDECOs Visitor Management Software. Boy am I glad I did! This system is inventive, efficient and simple to use. Its incredibly user friendly, and within minutes Im already up and running - registering in visitors and making sure everyone is accounted for. I can also set up access rules and allocate roles very easily, so that Im always in control. The integration capabilities of this software are also top notch. I can access data quickly and efficiently, allowing my business to stay competitive. And the icing on the cake is they offer a very competitive price. For everything that Im getting, Im getting exceptional value for money. Given all this, Im giving CONDECOs Visitor Management Software 10/10 for overall innovation, use of Next Generation Technology, and value for money. # I recently had the opportunity to test out the Condeco Visitor Management Software for a project Im leading at my enterprise-level conglomerate. Overall, my experience using the system was mixed. I found the user-interface to be quite intuitive and easy to use. I was quickly able to do the basic setup, enter my visitors personal and contact information details, as well as set up appointments and email confirmations and registration alerts. However, I found the systems interoperability to be lacking. It was difficult to connect the system with my existing digital tools and databases, making the process more complicated and time consuming than necessary. Additionally, I experienced multiple difficulty with integrating the Condeco system with my corporate identity management software. Based on my experience, I can only give the Condeco Visitor Management Software a rating of 6 out of 10. Its ease of use is impressive, but its lack of interoperability lets down its overall appeal.

#2 The Condeco visitor management system was a great addition to the existing technological infrastructure at our R&D department. It was chosen as it had the necessary features to support our quickly evolving use cases in the future. The team from Condeco showed great enthusiasm in designing the solution with us and tailoring it to our needs. The automated responses which were introduced to manage visitor flow in the department was a great success. It allowed us to check in visitors efficiently and keep track of all the entries and exits. On top of this, Condeco had a great customer service. They were always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that the experience of their service was satisfactory. I would rate them 8 out of 10 for their responsiveness and helpfulness. One of the features that particularly stood out in the Condeco visitor management system was the notifications prior to a visitors arrival, which allowed us to be prepared with a briefing before they even set foot in the department. We found this feature very useful in terms of security as well as future planning. Overall, the Condeco visitor management system was tailored to our future goals within the department and had many features that made life easier for us. I would highly recommend them for any R&D department.

Despite this, the additional cost of add-on services can be quite expensive for some. Coupled with reliable customer service, I believe that this is a great product for anyone looking for a comprehensive visitor management system. I strongly recommend Condeco Visitor Management Software for its powerful integration capabilities and decent value for money. Despite some reservations with additional cost, I would rate the product 8/10.

Review 5: Upon deciding to invest in Condecos Visitor Management Software offering for my mid-market company, I can honestly say that Im not overly satisfied with the product. The software was relatively easy to set up and the user interface was sensible and intuitive. However, this is unfortunately where the positives with the product stop. The software has been slow and unreliable, often making the process of visitor registration very cumbersome and laborious. On more than one occasions, the software has crashed, leaving our reception staff having to manually register visitors. What is worse is that the system is not secure and have on a few occasions, refused entry to authorised visitors. Also, the reporting features are sparse and do not provide much in terms of user insights. Due to these reasons, I would rate Condecos Visitor Management Software offering with a score of two out of five.

'Review 4: I had the chance to review Condeco’s Visitor Management Software recently, and I must say that it exceeded my expectations in terms of features and value for money. The contactless sign in feature is definitely one of the highlights of this product. It makes checking in visitors much faster and more efficient than the traditional sign in process. I particularly liked how Condeco automatically handled all the visitor data, making the process even smoother. The visitor analytics are also quite useful, as it gave me a good summary of the different visitors I had as well as their nationality and number of visits. This happens to be very helpful in managing visitor movements more efficiently. I also liked the flexibility offered by Condeco in terms of its product vision. It allows companies to create different activities and events that are attached to each visitor. This ensures that space is well optimized. However, I have to point out that its customisation options are quite limited. There isn’t much you can do to customise the sign in and reporting process, which was a bit of a let down. Despite this, I would rate Condeco's Visitor Management Software as 8/10. The value for money and product features are fantastic, but the limited customisation options let it down somewhat.'
