Review 2 Before I switched to Inside by daVinci.io, I was using a different Visitor Management System that was clunky and outdated. But with Inside, all that changed! I was pleasantly surprised by the product vision of daVinci.io. Inside is optimized to be mobile-friendly and full of modern features to show visitors around. Being able to customize front desk kiosks to greet specific visitors has been a game-changer as well. Furthermore, the customer service team is really helpful and attentive to any issues we face with the product. On the whole, Id say this is a great system for visitor management. It does exactly what its supposed to and with scarcely any issues, aside from a few bugs. Thats why I rate the overall product experience a 4.5/5 from me.

Instead of needing to physically count cards, I can program multiple employee access cards, and it provides me with a digital visitor log. I was initially struck with the idea of Inside by daVinci.io being a one-stop shop for visitor management systems. Unfortunately, my experience with the product has not lived up to my expectations. First of all, I have to say that the product vision is a little hazy. There are a few basic features, but not much else that can be done with this. Its more of a basic service, rather than a comprehensive suite of visitor management tools. In addition, the features that are provided dont really deliver all that they promise. Setting up the kiosks is especially difficult and time-consuming, as is managing visitor information from various departments. The customer service Ive received has been pretty poor as well. A lot of my inquiries have gone unanswered or have been answered in a slow, unhelpful manner. Overall, Im not impressed with Inside by daVinci.io. It does provide basic visitor management solutions and could potentially be beneficial for small companies. However, for companies looking for cutting-edge solutions and top-notch support, this is not it. Rating: 2/10.

Part of the futuristic capabilities that this software provides is that it allows me to gather data from visitors. This in turn supports me in understanding customer behaviour, which can be used to improve the visitor experience in the building. Furthermore, the customer service team for this software were fantastic. They were always prompt to answers any queries I had and walking me through the entire process. Im confident that daVinci.ios Visitor Management Software is a great investment, and I am highly satisfied with it. Review 1- Cost of Ownership I recently purchased the Visitor Management software offering called Inside from daVinci.io. While there is an upfront cost, the benefits you get from using this system far outweigh the price tag. Its been really cost effective for me. I can program multiple employee access cards, as well as host visitor badges. Inside also has a digital visitor log that allows me to quickly access data of who has been on my property as well as take quick action if I need to limit access. In the long run, I save time on paperwork and do not have to manually count cards before and after events. In addition to saving time, I have also seen a decrease in the cost of managing my premises. It is cheaper to use the software than to fill my staff randomly throughout the day. I also save money by being able to use the same access control system in multiple locations. I expect to see some additional cost savings over the years as I continue to use this system. Overall, I am happy with my purchase of Inside. It is cost effective and supports multiple locations. I rate it 4/5 for its cost of ownership.
