Review 2 Recently, I chose to invest in Designertechs Visitor Management Software and the experience has been to say the least, a good one. Out of the gate, the product vision of the software was appealing to me. I was interested in how it was able to, both actively and passively, improve the security at my workplace and did so at a reasonable price. Set up and navigation of the software was also fairly straightforward and easy, even for someone like me who isnt the most tech-savvy. Moreover, the company is finance-stable and demonstrates a great deal of maturity when it comes to customer service. Furthermore, the software can easily be adapted to support various futuristic use cases, and the technology it is based on is absolutely next-generation. For an Asian middle-aged male like me, the value for money it offers is extraordinary. Quality and price usually dont go hand-in-hand, so Designertechs Visitor Management Software really stood out in that regard. All in all, Id rate it 4.8/5 (no product is perfect), and without reservations, Id recommend this software.

I recently had the opportunity to trial Designertechs Visitor Management Software offering, EVA. This was offered as a great way to streamline our visitor registration process and manage safety hazards in our corporate premises, and Im pleased to report that the system worked very well. What was great was the flexibility of the system and the helpful customer support team that made it easy to implement the system. However, EVA is a bit lacking when it comes to analytics. While the user interface itself was straightforward and intelligent, a greater range of data analytics wouldve been beneficial in providing feedback on visitor management. EVA proved to be a great addition to our visitor management needs, and has helped streamline the process and reduce labour costs. The user interface was easy to use, and the natural language capabilities made it a breeze to set up and customize. It was also great to have features such as self-registration for visitors and the ability to log safety hazards. However, one of the key features I missed from other products was the ability to utilize facial recognition for visitors entering and leaving. This would have helped to further optimize the process and improve accuracy. But, overall I am content with what EVA is offering, and rate it 8/10 for cost of ownership and overall innovation. 3. I recently purchased Designertechs Visitor Management Software, and I have to say that Im not impressed. Although the dashboard is user-friendly and the software is efficient, I find the security features to be somewhat lacking. For one, there is no facial recognition feature, which I find to be essential for effective security measures. Furthermore, the software does not allow for an extended period of activity monitoring, which means that suspicious behaviour may not be caught in time. Overall, I have mixed feelings regarding this software. On one hand, it is user-friendly and seamless, which are definite pluses. However, security features are lacking and this is a major concern. I would suggest that the company invest more in secure features and facial recognition, which will make the software truly effective. Rating: 6/10

It also offers an easy to use interface for quickly accessing stored visitor data which is extremely helpful for quickly resolving any issues that may arise during the visitor management process. The cost of ownership for this product is quite reasonable, making it accessible to businesses of all sizes. Moreover, everyone on my team was able to learn how to use the software with minimal instruction. Even those with little to no tech-savviness were able to pick it up quickly and effectively utilizing the various features offered such as automated visitor registration and mobile check-in. I must say, I was quite impressed by the set up, the ease of use, and the features on offer.
