'I recently had the pleasure of testing out Greetly’s Visitor Management Software. In my opinion, the software stands up to its promises. It’s straightforward and easy to use, yet it also provides enough customization and features. The customer service is quite outstanding, with helpful and friendly people who make sure you are comfortable with the setup process. The cost is also quite affordable, making this a great value for money. My only criticism would be that the features could be more robust, but that’s a minor point. 'I’ve been using Greetly Visitor Management Software for almost a year now and I must say it’s a quality software solution. Overall, the customer service has been top-notch; the customer service team is available to help at all hours of the day, and they always respond promptly. The software itself is amazingly user-friendly, so it didn’t take long to get used to. It’s also surprisingly easy to integrate into other services. They have interoperability options for various platforms, allowing me to sync my data from other services with Greetly’s platform. My only downside is that the software can be a bit expensive if you’re a smaller business without much budget but still need to use this service. I give Greetly’s Visitor Management Software an 8/10. They provide an efficient visitor management service and great customer service too.'

Straight off the bat, the product vision seemed to really nail what my business was trying to achieve - we needed a system that could accurately maintain records of our visitors, while ensuring their experience was as welcoming and pleasant as possible. The product features have been particularly impressive. We now have the ability to easily register and access data for all our visitors, and the automation on pre-installed appointment reminders, and custom email campaigns have been essential tools for us. These features have certainly given me greater control of the visitor experience for my business, allowing us to greet each person in the most personable way. Interoperability and integration with third-party services has also been quite helpful. We’re able to integrate Greetly’s visitor management system with our existing CRM, making sure we’re effectively managing customer relationships - something that is highly important to our business. On the customer service side, the Greetly support team have been incredibly helpful with any issues that we’ve faced. They’re always willing to answer our questions, and when we’ve needed assistance to fix something, solutions have been implemented quickly. '##Review on User Experience Before signing up for Greetly's Visitor Management Software, I read a few reviews and was excited about the user experience. Unfortunately, I was left disappointed as soon as I started using the product. The interface was clunky and the navigation was terrible. Not much thought was given to the design and it felt like it had not been updated since ages. I also noticed some glitches while I was trying to onboard visitors, and the customer service again was not very helpful. Even when they responded to my ticket, they were unable to resolve the issue. I'm giving user experience a 1 star out of 5.'

'I had the pleasure of using Greetly’s Visitor Management Software (VMS) for about 2 months now in our office across multiple countries. We needed a system that allowed us to effectively manage visitors and casual employees coming in and out of the office, and Greetly fit the bill perfectly. Not only that, but it can be adjusted in multiple languages, making it suitable for a multi-national office. In terms of customer service, Greetly really did go above and beyond my expectations. Their team answered every questions I had and even offered additional support when I ran into any snags in setting up the system. We encountered some issues when setting up the VMS for our international employees, but Greetly’s team was great at finding solutions right away. They were quick to respond and very helpful making the setup process much smoother. The VMS itself works like a charm. It’s easy to use and the interface is intuitive. We can easily adjust the company directory, receive notifications about important visitors, and even restrict access to certain areas of the office. Our receptionists find it more efficient now since visitors can check themselves in and out without needing assistance. Overall, I’d rate Greetly’s Visitor Management Software as 8/10. The value for money is great, and their customer service is top-notch. We’re very pleased with how the VMS has transformed our office reception experience, and I’d recommend anyone needing a VMS to consider Greetly.'

The interface is simple and user-friendly, making it great for tracking visitors. Additionally, the customization options are fantastic—I can create custom webpages, custom greetings, and personalized check-in forms. This makes Greetly great for businesses that need to customize the visitor experience. The only issue I have with Greetly is their analytics platform. While it is able to track visitors, I wish there were more detailed analytics features to help me get a better picture of my visitors. I’d like to be able to track trends and make better data-driven decisions, which isn't currently possible with Greetly. That being said, Greetly’s Visitor Management Software is still a good value for money. Prices are reasonable, and customer support is exceptional. Additionally, Greetly offers different plans based on the size of the business, so it’s easy to find the right fit. Overall, I rate Greetly’s Visitor Management Software 3.5/5 stars. The software offers great features, but I wish there were more robust analytics capabilities to go with it.'

The onboarding process was quick and straightforward, so I was able to setup Greetly and manage visitors by my third day of using it. I found Greetly to be incredibly intuitive regardless of my background or my technical experience. It felt like I was working with an app that I had been using for years. The user interface was simple and easy to navigate. Even without any instructions I was able to quickly figure out how the system works. Overall, I'm very impressed with the ease of use that Greetly offers. It is incredibly simple and intuitive for any user regardless of their level of expertise. Being able to integrate Greetly’s visitor management software with our own CRM has given us a much more streamlined experience when it comes to managing customer relationships, and also getting the most up-to-date data for our visitors. The customer service has also performed quite well. At times, we’ve experienced a few technical difficulties, but the Greetly support team have always been on hand to help us out and keep us up and running as quickly as possible. With a comprehensive user interface and easy-to-learn features, Greetly was quickly integrated into our operations. Unfortunately, its cost of ownership is among the highest offered in the market and in relation to the product features it provides, doesn’t really justify the extra cost. Greetly does provide some decent features, such as basic check-in and check-out facilities, custom rules, and branding options. However, the lack of advanced analytics capabilities and customization make it unsuitable for operations on an enterprise-level scale. For its price, Greetly Visitor Management System leaves a lot to be desired. The product has an attractive user interface but an unimpressive product vision, making the cost of ownership relatively difficult to justify. We suggest looking at other options in the market if you need a more scalable solution. Rating: 2/5'

# Review 5: Recently, I had the chance to evaluate Greetlys visitor management software, and while I can appreciate the spirit of innovation and customer service, I feel like there are still some areas that need improvement. The customer service team was very helpful in getting us up and running with the system, but their turnaround time wasnt quite as fast as I was hoping for. I do appreciate that they are always willing to help and answer any questions that come up. The next-generation technology is a great idea, but I find the execution to be lacking. The system isnt quite as secure as I would like, and I find the photos captured to be blurry and not always reliable. They also need to update their data storage and tracking systems as it could be more secure. Overall, Im not quite as impressed as I was expecting to be with Greetlys visitor management software. While their customer service and innovation are admirable, there are still a few areas that need refinement. (Rating: 6/10)

I recently chose Greetly as my companys Visitor Management Software and can surely say that it is one of the best decision for the company. Our Procurement Manager position requires that we evaluate products on the basis of interoperability and integration, ease of use and customer service, and Greetly has quickly become one of our favorite tools. When it comes to interoperability and integration, Greetly is incredibly simple to use and is compatible with a broad range of systems, including both Mac and Windows users. What I enjoy even more is that Greetly is also compatible with other APIs and platforms, so that visitors can use multiple services with one central dashboard. As a Procurement Manager, I found this to be incredibly helpful and beneficial. Ease of Use was by far the most admirable aspect of Greetly. Greetly has a very simple, straightforward dashboard that is intuitive and user-friendly. Even those with a limited technical background can quickly and easily understand how to use the software. Moreover, the software itself is quite fast and efficient, so visitors will be in and out of the office in no time. Finally, what really sealed the deal for me was Greetlys customer service. Anytime I had a question, the team quickly responded and provided helpful advice and support. From start to finish, their service was top-notch and we had zero complaints. Overall, Im thankful that I chose Greetly as a Visitor Management Software for our company. On a scale from 1-10, I would rate its interoperability and integration a 10, its ease of use a 9 and its customer service a 10. It has already proven to be an invaluable asset to our company and I am confident that it will continue to work wonders for us in the days to come.

'I’ve been using Greetly’s Visitor Management Software (VMS) for a little over a month now in our company and we’ve got nothing but good things to say about it. It has definitely eliminated a lot of manual work for our receptionist by allowing visitors to check in or out without needing assistance. Furthermore, Greetly has exceeded our expectations in doubling as a social security system – we can easily restrict access to certain areas and keep tabs on who’s coming and going. In terms of customer service, Greetly was also outstanding. We ran into some issues setting up the system but the Greetly customer service team really impressed me with how knowledgeable and diligent they were in fixing any issues. We had the opportunity to test the system before rolling it out and got really great advice from the team. The VMS itself is really powerful as well. I’m always surprised with how much it can do. We can get notifications about important visitors, update the company directory quickly, and even restrict access control depending on who’s coming and going. All in all, I’d give Greetly’s Visitor Management Software a rating of 7/10. The cost savings were impressive compared to other VMS offerings available, and Greetly’s customer service team always exceeded our expectations. I’d absolutely recommend Greetly’s VMS for any company looking to streamline their reception experience.'

With the option of creating customizable checklists, guests can easily be tracked from the moment they enter to the time they leave our facility, allowing us to respond more quickly in emergency situations. The ability to add custom information fields enabled us to track not just the visitors but also their equipment. The product features of Greedlys Visitor Management Software also deserve high praise. Not only are there are a variety of analysis and reporting options which help us to better track individual visits, the system is very easy to use and can easily integrate with existing systems such as access control and CCTV. I’d like to be able to track more detailed visitor trends, which isn't currently possible. That being said, Greetly’s Visitor Management Software is a decent value for money and customer support is great. While the software provides basic functionality needed to manage visitors, there is an utter lack of innovation and next-generation technology. Furthermore, there is no real support of futuristic use cases and the product seems extremely dated and primitive. The interface is clunky, slow, and antiquated - Id expect it to be much more functional and effective based on the websites definition of the product. In addition, the software does not allow for customization and there is no integration available with other popular systems or software solutions. For a modern enterprise, the lack of the qualities I am looking for, coupled with the outdated technology, make Greetly Visitor Management software a poor choice. 'I recently implemented Greetly’s Visitor Management Software (VMS) in our corporate office to streamline the reception experience for our visitors and to create a social security system. It’s been a good solution so far but there’s certainly room for improvement. In terms of customer service, Greetly has been great in helping me troubleshoot any issues during the onboarding process. They also allowed us to test the system before committing to it which really impressed me. The VMS itself has been useful in improving our receptionist’s efficiency by allowing visitors to check in and out on their own. We can even create notifications to alert us when important visitors come into the office. Access control options are also available, allowing us to restrict certain areas of the office to visitors. However, there are a few issues that remain. The VMS could use some improvement in terms of its user interface, and there’s been a few occasions where it’s been slow or unresponsive. Overall, I’d rate Greetly’s Visitor Management Software 6/10. The cost savings compared to other VMS offerings have been great, and the customer service team has been fantastic. However, there’s certainly room for improvement with the VMS as a whole.'

The company offers different plans that are far more cost-effective than other solutions and offer more features as well. However, upon further investigation, I noticed that some features were not included in the lower tier plans, and I had to pay for additional features as I went on using the product. This was a price shock to me, as such fine details were not explained properly. To top it all, the customer service was not of much help. I had to wait for days for them to reply and no satisfactory solution was provided to cut the cost further. I'd give this cost of ownership 2 stars out of 5.'

The interoperability and integration is really useful and allows for a seamless check in process. It has great compatibility with existing enterprise systems, allowing for cross platform transfer of data and helps in maintaining secure records. We also use the RFID Scanning feature that Greetly offers and its been a great help in streamlining the process with no points of friction. The software also includes other features like automatic email notifications and visitor reminders. The next-generation technology allows for paperless information capture and we have been able to decrease the turnaround time significantly. This technology, in turn, has allowed me to focus my energy and resources on other important matters. Finally, the sweet spot comes with the combination of their online visitor booking system and the ability to track various metrics to further improve the pre-registration process including respondent, meeting frequency and much more. The product is incredibly user friendly, and our receptionist found it very easy to set up and use. The optional video integrations also make it easy to get visitors properly identified and greet them quickly. Greetly- Visitor Management Software Review I recently acquired Greetlys Visitor Management Software and it has been an absolute lifesaver. With encouraging interoperability and integration with our current enterprise systems, we have been able to cut the time taken to allow in visitors by half. It also includes features like email notifications and first-time visitor reminders that was invaluable when we had to inform our visitors about the delays in their visit or remind them of their check-in. The software also helps with tracking various metrics which has made pre-registration much simpler. The electronic storage of critical visitor information is also a great plus in aiding storage and retrieval of data whenever needed. That being said, the functions need a bit of getting used to and can seem cumbersome but with great customer support in place its an issue that can be quickly worked around. Overall, the user experience has been great and the added reliability and security Greetly provides for our le visitors is unrivaled. Id definitely recommend it to any small business owner. Every time Ive reached out to customer service - either for technical or billing support - I was greeted with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were also able to answer all of my questions about the software and address any issues that I had. 10/10 The software also offers many intuitive features, like automated notifications and reports. This made it easy for us to be in the loop whenever there is a new visitor or if we need to track the details of previous visitors. This system has made visitor management a breeze. 9/10 At this point, I think Greetly is really the best Visitor Management Software out there. We initially had a manual signing process which took a lot of time, but with Greetly we no longer have to worry about that. 'I have used Greetly’s Visitor Management Software (VMS) for a little over a month now in our corporate office and was pleasantly surprised with the value for money it offers. Compared to some of the other VMS offerings I evaluated, we’re saving a significant amount of money. It’s exceeded our expectations in how it both streamlines the reception experience for visitors and how well it doubles as working security system. Greetly’s customer service representatives are friendly and very knowledgeable. During the onboarding process, they’re always willing to answer questions and help troubleshoot any serious issues. They even allowed us to test the system and get familiar with the features before committing to rolling it out across our office. The VMS itself has really come in handy in improving our receptionist’s efficiency. Visitors can check in and out easily on their own instead of having the receptionist do it. We can also make quick changes to the company directory and even create notifications to immediately alert us when important visitors come in. It’s been especially useful for when we have clients coming in for meetings – we can keep track of everyone with the VMS and ensure that the visit runs smoothly. The VMS also includes access control options allowing us to restrict certain areas of the office. This is useful for keeping visitors restricted to certain areas or for building access upon entry into the office. Overall, I’d give Greetly’s Visitor Management Software a rating of 8/10. It’s improved efficiency in our office and has definitely met our expectations. Greetlys Visitor Management Software solves all three and then some - making it a great switch from our previous (energy-draining) manual management system. The ease of integration has been the best part. Greetly connects to the software we already use, allowing for seamless transfer of data, providing us with much needed security for our visitors and staff. We also use the RFID scanning feature which is convenient and faster, simplifying check-ins/outs for all of our visitors. The automated emails and visitor reminders are useful and has made sure that our visitors are informed about their visit ahead of time. With electronic storage we are provided with paperless information capture and further improves total turnaround times. Plus, their online visitor booking system is a godsend. It allows us to track progress and visitor metrics to help continue to improve the pre-registration process. Making the switch was one of the best decisions I have made in the past year. The product vision is extraordinary theres a major emphasis on streamlining the process and having a streamlined sign-in process, digital signature capture and Enhanced visitor profiling. This is terrific for us as we have many interacting parties throughout our office. Another great feature is that real-time notifications are sent to an app. This allows staff to be instantly notified when someone arrives. We dont have to constantly be at the front desk and its made our workflow much easier. We find the customer service to be top of the line. Whenever we run into issues or want to know about additional features, their team helps out quickly. I give Greetly a wholehearted 5/5 rating for product vision and product features. They also provide ongoing support when needed, which is great for our ever-changing needs. However, I do find that the next-generation technology is a bit limited. The system is secure, but it isnt as robust as I was hoping. And while it does capture photos, I find that the photos are often blurry and hard to identify. They could also improve how they store and track visitor data, as it could be more secure and user-friendly. The software does provide most of the basic functionality that a business needs for the purpose of managing visitors, but the utilization of next-generation technology is missing here and theres not really much of a focus on futuristic use cases. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, so its easy to find customer information and make changes. The drag-and-drop feature is great for quickly setting up customer profiles and uploading customer photos. A Modern Approach to Visitor Management -GREETLY As much as I like modern technology, I dont like to update to the latest version when it comes to Visitor Management Software, but GREETLY has certainly made me reconsider. Offerings such as “facial recognitionâ€ and "Intelligent identity authentication" are just some of the features I found to be quite futuristic. It is also worth noting that the intuitive workflow of GREETLY enables me to stay organized at all times and ensure the safety and security of my premises. At the same time, it also acts as an effective communication channel between me and my employees. All in all, GREETLY has certainly put a modern spin on visitor management. This is why I rate it 4 and a half stars! Keep up the good work GREETLY!

User Experience: 3/5 Greetlys user experience is good in theory, but some of the features are not developed enough to be as useful as Greetly had intended. The user interface also needs some major tweaking. Its a bit outdated, and can be slow at times, without much improvement made to the speed and fluidity of the platform.

Weve been using Greetly for our visitor management software for a few months and its been a great decision. Its enabled us to streamline our process and make it much smoother. The product vision from Greetly is really exceptional and their focus on creating a comprehensive sign-in process for visitors and staff is truly appreciated. The digital signature capture, Enhanced visitor profiling and real-time notifications make all the difference in our workflow its greatly improved our efficiency. The customer service has been great as well. Whenever we run into issues or want to know about additional features, their team is always quick to respond and they are very friendly. I give Greetly a 5/5 rating for its product vision, product features and customer service. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comprehensive visitor management system.

Our team recently decided to switch to Greetly for visitor management and I must say, didnt regret this decision. The customer service we received was top-notch. They walked us through the setup process, answered our questions and provided us with full support while onboarding. 8/10 for customer service. Using the software is quite a smooth and effortless process. Contactless signations, mobile check-ins, Kiosks and analytics all integrated into the same software - none of them difficult to use, either. 10/10 for ease of use. To sum it up, Greetly is an excellent visitor management system. The customer service and ease of use it provides is what makes it one of the finest options out there.

Review 5: Interoperability and integration Im a huge fan of Greetlys visitor management software. Not only is it a secure and reliable system, but it offers amazing interoperability and integration features. I was able to integrate my security system into the Greetly software, so now I can customize who can access my building and receive alerts whenever someone comes in or out. This is a feature that really takes Greetly to the next level and makes it so much easier for me to manage visitors. On top of that, the customer service Ive been receiving has been great too. Whenever I have any questions, the Greetly customer service representatives are always right there to help.
