'Interoperability and Integration of KIOSK Information Systems's Visitor Management Software - 2/5 I was recently looking for visitor management software for our multinational company, so I checked out the offering of KIOSK Information Systems. The main selling point for me was their promise of ease of integration and interoperability. Unfortunately, the reality was far from that. There were a number of manual steps and third-party software required to properly integrate the software within our existing systems, which was very tedious and time-consuming. Once in place, the software did function as expected, but I was quite disappointed with the initial setup. I would have expected better from a company of this stature. Value for Money from KIOSK Information Systems's Visitor Management Software - 3/5 The cost of KIOSK Information Systems's visitor management software was something I was willing to pay, given the promise of easy integration and interoperability. However, I soon realized that I was paying a premium for features that essentially amounted to nothing due to a poorly constructed onboarding process. Suffice to say, I would have gone with another option had I known of the challenges I would face during implementation. Overall, if you're in the market for visitor management software, you may want to seek out better solutions elsewhere, as KIOSK Information Systems's offering does not provide the bang for your buck they promise.'

'Review on Cost of Ownership and Product Features of KIOSK Information Systems’s Visitor Management Software I would rate the cost of ownership and product features of KIOSK Information System’s Visitor Management Software at 3.5 out of 5 stars. The pricing structure for the product suite is not as competitive as that of other offerings in the industry, and this lack of pricing consistency is a detriment to many potential customers, including myself. The enterprise license and onboarding fees are also extremely expensive. The product suite has an impressive array of features to facilitate visitor management and other in-person engagement tasks, but the product’s feature set has yet to include a self-service kiosk, which is one of the most popular features requested by customers. In summary, I would rate KIOSK Information System’s Visitor Management Software cost of ownership and product features at 3.5 out of 5 stars due to the lack of competitive pricing and the inability of their product suite to provide a self-service kiosk feature.'

'Review 2: I recently used KIOSK Information Systems's Visitor Management Software offerings to help manage visitors to our corporate conglomerate. Being able to keep an audit of our visitors, their identity, and purpose for the visit was critical for us and KIOSK made it incredibly easy. The software is well designed and intuitive, allowing us to set up and print customized visitor cards in no time. The registration process was also fast and secure, making the whole process as efficient as possible. Our data security was never compromised and we were able to access control in secure ways with features like pin code access and visitor conditioning control. We also liked the mobile app they offer that allowed us to administer the system from anywhere. The customer service team was also incredibly helpful and assisted us in getting the software up and running. Although the cost was on the higher side, overall, it was great value for money. 4/5 Stars!'

'Review 2: I recently purchased KIOSK Information System's Visitor Management Software offerings and I am so glad I did! All of my visitors are now quickly and easily registered, and all necessary information is instantly placed into the system. The software is incredibly easy to use and very intuitive. As somebody with little technical background I was able to quickly get to grips with it and there was no need to involve IT personnel. Furthermore, the software cost was budget-friendly for us and proved to be cost-effective overall. The output from the software is fantastic. With the reports generated, I no longer have to keep physical notes for each visitor. I now have easy access to each visitor’s information and I can also refer back to it if needed. Additionally, we have experienced an increase in visitors since using this software and we have received complimentary feedback from our customers. In conclusion, I believe KIOSK Information Systems's Visitor Management Software is a great solution for those looking for practical and time-saving visitor management. I rate it a 9/10.'

'4 I worked with KIOSK Information Systems' Visitor Management Software recently and it did not meet my expectations. It was lagging and unresponsive most of the time, leading to a lot of issues. The cost of ownership was very excessive and the features that were supposed to be provided with it, were not included. All this rendered the user experience to be quite clumsy and sluggish. I'd rate the product 1.5/5 for its ease of use and 2/5 for cost of ownership.'

Support and Maintenance KIOSK has an incredibly helpful team of professionals that are available for both pre and post deployment assistance. Of course there have been a few hiccups here and there, but all in all the support I have received from KIOSK has been very useful. The maintenance and upkeep of the software is another strong point; KIOSKs system keeps us informed of any bug fixes, security updates and other improvements as soon as they become available. Review 3 I currently use KIOSK Information Systemss visitor management software solution for my business and Im generally not very satisfied with their offerings. I think the company is severely lacking in innovation, as their product vision lacks clarity and does not account for the latest technologies. Furthermore, the platform itself is quite rigid and constrained in terms of scalability, which ultimately restricts the objectives it can achieve. Additionally, I am not very pleased with the products capacity to manage visitor data. I found it rather arduous to track multiple visitors and their details at the same time. The platform also seemed to be missing basic functionalities such as a signature capture feature, which in my opinion is essential to provide digital onboarding. Lastly, the platform seems to be prone to bugs, making it difficult to get work done. Overall, I think KIOSK Information Systems visitor management software is not really at the same level of sophistication offered by other solutions. I am far from impressed with features, product vision, and even the design of the platform. Given the lack of innovation and user friendliness, I rate the software 1 star out of 5.

Review 2: I recently had the chance to try out Kiosk Information Systems for our visitor management here at my small business. Im honestly impressed by the product vision and features. KIOSK has made the whole process of managing visitors so much easier thanks to various features. Their product features are really in line with the changing technology trends. The visitor ID verification is done via both a scanner and an app on the app phone. I also like the integration with cloud application and smart tools to streamline the whole process. In addition to that, I also love that I can generate custom reports and export them easily. Its a great tool for me to keep track of who is coming in and out of our building and make changes if needed. All in all, I think the KIOSK system is definitely worth the money. Over the past few months, its become an integral part of my day-to-day operations. The software is incredibly intuitive and makes managing visitors incredibly easy. Were also able to monitor our resources, manage the time spent by visitors and customize the system to best suit our needs. Im a huge proponent of KIOSKs biometric capabilities. It has saved us from countless security concerns and enabled a faster, more secure experience for our visitors. We also benefit from the analytics and reports provided by the software. Cost of Ownership I have been using KIOSK Information Systems as my visitor management software for some time now and I must say that I find the cost of ownership to be quite reasonable. Whats more the package is quite intuitive, allowing me to deploy the software quickly and easily. In terms of interconnectivity, KIOSK runs seamlessly with other systems I have been using and so far I havent had any issues when upgrading or rolling out new packages across my network. I also appreciate that I can customize my use of KIOSK to fit my businesss specific needs, without having to pay for features I dont use. Review 1: I recently had an opportunity to evaluate Kiosk Information Systems visitor management software. Overall, I found the software to be largely satisfactory. The ability to have a designated number of kiosks with various visitor functions was a nice addition to our security protocol. The management and tracking of all visitors was easy to use and the reporting showed easy to access information after each visit. Additionally, the ability of the software to welcome visitors to our organization and depart quickly was a great time saver. However, after considering the value for money and cost of ownership, I cannot give this software a positive review. Although it was a great addition to our security protocol, the cost of the software and the maintenance fees were too high for the features offered. Additionally, the customizing options were limited and I couldnt find any features to make operations more efficient. 1 Im the head of a business unit of a large conglomerate, and we recently started using KIOSK INFORMATION SYSTEMSs Visitor Management Software. Overall, Im fairly pleased with the product, but there are some areas where it falls short. Specifically, interoperability and integration, as well as customer service, could definitely be improved. Lets start with interoperability and integration. While the software does a decent job of automatically collecting visitor data and generating reports, it has limited capacity to integrate with other data systems. This lack of integration can lead to errors and slowdowns when it comes to accessing visitor information. We all know how important it is to have quick and easy access to this kind of data in a big business, so this is a huge downside. Next, customer service. Our experience with customer service from KIOSK INFORMATION SYSTEMS was pretty disappointing, to say the least. Although the tech support team was fairly knowledgeable and responded fairly quickly, we had difficulty setting up the software and getting it to run properly. We also had trouble making sure all the bugs were worked out. Given the importance of using this software in a big business, I think KIOSK INFORMATION SYSTEMS needs to step up its customer loyalty and professionalism to ensure that businesses can use their product successfully. Overall, I would rate KIOSK INFORMATION SYSTEMSs Visitor Management Software as 3 out of 5 stars. The product vision of the company is quite lacking, not taking into account the needs of users, which I felt was quite unsatisfactory. The product vision is clear and offers a complete solution for managing visitor access. This system makes it easy for us to create detailed visitor profiles, assign access badges, and log their visits. The user experience was pretty good and intuitive. We were able to perform all the tasks we wanted to do using simple menus, with hardly any learning curve. But, I think the system could be improved in terms of scalability. Id like to see more features to extend the functionality and allow us to better manage large volumes of visitors. Overall, KIOSK INFORMATION SYSTEMSs Visitor Management Software offers great features and a pleasant user experience allowing us to efficiently manage our visitor system. Although more features would make it even better, I am happy with this system and have to say that I give it a 7/10 rating.

Unfortunately, I am quite disappointed with the level of inconsistency when it comes to the interoperability and integration. For example, when we needed to integrate the system with another platform, it was a huge amount of work and changes had to be made to both platforms which caused delays with our workflow. The innovation used in this software is also severely lacking; it just does not have the same sophistication and complexity of newer software. Cost of Ownership I recently tried KIOSK INFORMATION SYSTEMSs Visitor Management Software to manage visitors in our research and development segment. The software comes with a promising range of features. However, I am disappointed with its cost of ownership. It comes into the expensive bracket and some of the additional features are not worth the investment. Moreover, the annual license renewal cost it quite high. The fees for technical maintenance and installation services are relatively higher which do not justify their services. Furthermore, the fees are not uniform and vary from country to country. For their cloud-based offerings, the cost of network bandwidth can also become significantly high. I cannot rate its cost of ownership higher than 3/5

From the smooth integration process to onboarding the system and deploying it, weve had no problems whatsoever. The software is a total user-friendly and highly configurable, with incredible interoperability and multiple application integration. Weve also had great success with its scalability and use cases like wall-mounted kiosks, virtual advisory booths, and facial recognition systems. The accompanying documents like user manual and reporting engine are of great assistance and I found that I could structure the data output as per my exact requirements. Last month, our business unit started using the software, but its shortcomings when it comes to interoperability and integration, as well as its inadequate customer service, make it difficult to use in a big business. To start with the interoperability and integration issue, the software does a decent job of collecting visitor data and generating reports. However, it lacks the capacity to integrate with other data systems. This can be problematic in a business setting, because it reduces the speed and accuracy of data retrieval. This issue should be taken more seriously by KIOSK INFORMATION SYSTEMS, as it is a major flaw. Also unsatisfactory is the customer service. Although the tech support is admittedly knowledgeable and responds relatively quickly, they werent overly helpful when it came to setting up the software and making sure that all the bugs were worked out. This could have been avoided if the customer service team was more reliable, but unfortunately, that wasnt the case. Reporting and Analytics The reporting and analytics feature of KIOSK is a huge plus in my book, since I can quickly generate insightful reports and export them to spreadsheets, or access them remotely. Whats more, Im able to quickly identify patterns and point of activities which in turn can lead to more efficient processes. Whats not so great is the lack of access control with the reporting and analytics tool, meaning that in order to get a granular level of reporting I have to go through a number of accounts to get the data I need - 3/5 stars.

While the system is offered with cloud-hosted security, which is certainly welcome, I did find the overall innovation of this product to be somewhat lacking compared to other offerings in the space. Furthermore, while they do clearly advertise next generation technology as part of the package, I believe the ease of use aboard this technology is rather limited. I rate the Overall Innovation and use of next generation technology a 2 out of 5 stars, and the Ease of use a 3 out of 5 stars.

Review 2: Recently, my company has been using the visitors management software offered by Kiosk Information Systems. After using the software, I can say that the overall program was easy to install and learn, and the kiosks were aesthetically pleasing and met the expectations of our visitors. Additionally, the various options for tracking and reporting made it easy for us to monitor the efficiency of our visitors. However, when it comes to value for money and cost of ownership, I must say that I am disappointed in this product. Despite boasting a relatively large number of features, the cost was too high for the value that it provided. Furthermore, the maintenance fees were too high and there werent enough customizing options to make operations more efficient. Unfortunately, I believe the softwares negative attributes outweigh the positives and I would give this software a rating of 2/10 for value for money and cost of ownership.

As the Customer Success Manager, I work with many visitors day in and day out, so having an efficient tool to manage the influx of guests is vital. KIOSKs user interface ensures a smooth experience while its innovative, modern technology keeps us secure and our visitor data organized. The latest update only improved our experience as the software gained enhanced features, making it easier to manage guests. Moreover, KIOSK has excellent customization options, which allow us to better control our data. The biometric options that this software provides give our visitors a much more secure and faster experience. Plus, the analytics provided by KIOSK make it much simpler for us to monitor and manage the time spent by our visitors. Im very impressed with the speed and accuracy with which the software operates. Review 2 I recently took up the opportunity to use KIOSK Information Systems visitor management software and Im not quite happy with the product. From a product vision perspective, I can say that the company has lacked a cohesive vision, making their platform feel incongruous and incoherent. Im particularly disappointed by their lethargic approach to leveraging next-generation technologies, which I feel is quite necessary for providing a cutting-edge service. More specifically, I have struggled to get my visitors to sign digital documents as a part of the onboarding process. The platform seems to lack the capability to automate these processes and it becomes quite tedious to provide a layered security arrangement to all visitors. In addition to that, there seem to be some discrepancies with its visitor data management capabilities, and Ive found it difficult to search and track multiple visitors simultaneously. Given the aforesaid shortcomings, I feel KIOSK Information Systems visitor management solution have quite a bit of catching up to do if they wish to provide a competitive service. Unfortunately, I can only give the software a rating of 2 stars out of 5 stars.

The software has a few helpful built-in templates which can be used to streamline the setup process and Ive found that the software works well with major security solutions and database programs. On the other hand, I have found the integration process to be somewhat complicated and time consuming, especially when Im attempting to connect KIOSK to legacy systems within my network; this often leads to multiple upgrades and versions being installed. Although my main issue with this platform is its lack of innovation in terms of incorporating next-generation technologies and its weak product vision, I found the actual product to be lacking in a couple of other areas as well. Firstly, the visitor data management functions of the platform are very basic, not allowing me to search for multiple visitors at once. This requires me to go through quite a lengthy process if I want to search for a particular visitors information. Secondly, I found that the platform was very buggy, creating a lot of hindrances while attempting to complete my tasks. Lastly, the design of the platform seemed to be quite antiquated, making it appear rather unappealing. I would not recommend KIOSK Information Systems visitor management software solutions to anyone. The company needs to seriously rethink their approach and make drastic improvements if they want to deliver a competitive service. I am unhappy with the reviews Ive given, but I have no other choice but to provide it a 1 star out of 5 rating.
