I was really surprised to see the cutting edge technology incorporated in this software. The app boasts some amazing features such as secure user check-in, employee tracking and visitor monitoring which adds a cutting edge solution to security. The features of the app make it a great tool to manage visitors and secure your facility. However, I did come across some glitches during the use of this software. The app sometimes freezes and takes up to a minute to get back up and running again. This is a major downgrade in user experience and I would recommend the company to address this issue as soon as possible. There were a couple of admirable qualities that are worth highlighting, such as the softwares user-friendliness and its reasonable cost to own. A few of the particular advantages I noticed were especially impressive. To begin with, the user interface was incredibly intuitive and easy to figure out. Being able to install and use the software in a matter of minutes was also a key advantage for me as time is valuable for both my team and my clients. Second, I was pleasantly surprised to find the cost of ownership to be very reasonable. It was especially beneficial because I use the software for multiple clients and their events, so finding an affordable package on the market was essential for cost-cutting. Review 2 I recently tested out the Visitor Management Software offering from Protoco, and it failed to impress me. The system as a whole was adequate for our needs, but the associated futuristic use cases and integrations with external systems left much to be desired. Setting up automated processes to work with AD and Exchange, for instance, was a nightmare to get working. Too much intervention was needed to get the integrations to the level we were hoping for, and the customer service was not helpful at all with getting the system useful. The management of visitors and associated authentication requirements was adequate, but the futuristic use cases and integrations with external systems were quite subpar. As an Old European man and homeowner, I was looking for a software that would help me manage visitors to my house and this product was exactly what I needed. The features of Protocos software were great. It allowed me to create secure access codes for visitors, perform identity checks and verification, and even alert me when specific visitors arrive. I was very impressed with the level of security this product provided me with and Im sure that my visitors felt the same. Using the product was also very easy. The app was user-friendly and I had no problem navigating it. The setup process was seamless and my visitors were able to quickly and securely enter my home. The cost of using the product was also very affordable. I was able to purchase an unlimited license to use the software at a fraction of the cost of hiring a security guard or using another software product. Overall, I would rate this product a 5 out of 5. It was the perfect solution to my security needs and the cost of ownership was amazingly low. I highly recommend it to other old European homeowners.

I chose the software for its ability to manage our visitors access in a secure digital format, and the ability for us to keep track of all visitors with ease and efficiency. The customer service team at Protoco has been outstanding. From the first contact of inquiry to the final onboarding process, their representatives have been diligent, knowledgeable and courteous. No matter how technical or non-technical my questions, I was always given a prompt and informative response. Therefore, I give them top-notch customer service rating. The VMS also offers seamless interoperability and integration with all of our other systems. The software integrates with our access control systems, badge readers and other IT systems to control access internally, while the visitor management software seamlessly interfaces with our reporting and analytics analytics software. All of these features have enabled us to maximize our productivity, and drastically reduce the amount of time spent on administrative tasks. Therefore, I rate the Interoperability and integration services of VMS to be excellent. Their cloud-based platform is also secure and reliable, making sure that critical data is encrypted and always available. The software is also regularly updated on a timely basis to include the latest security updates and features. Therefore, I rate the security and reliability of VMS to be highly satisfactory. Review 1 I have worked closely with the Protoco team to implement their Visitor Management Software offering, and have to say that I am not entirely pleased with some of the results. The system is quite good at its core purpose, managing visitors with various authentication requirements. However, the supporting futuristic use cases are lacking and the interoperability and integration with external systems such as Active Directory and Exchange are not intuitive at all. As an old European man living in a gated community, I was looking for an effective way to manage visitors to my home and this product gave me exactly what I needed. It allowed me to restrict access to certain areas, create secure access codes, add two-step authentication, and even to integrate the system with my existing security system. I was also very impressed with the identity verification system, which included providing photographic identification. Using the product was also very easy. I didnt need to read instructions or watch tutorials to be able to use the product. Everyone I originally invited was also able to easily install the app and understand how to use it. Being an Old European man, I was looking for a great way to manage the visitors to my house in a secure manner and this product gave me the tools I need to do just that. The great thing about this product was the product features. The software was very well designed, allowing me to perform various tasks such as providing quick check-in, identity verification and visitor tracking -all of which were extremely useful for me. I was able to customize the experience for everyone who visits my home, with features such as requiring photographic identification from all guests. Using this software was incredibly easy. The app was intuitive and I had no problems navigating it. The setup process was also straightforward. Everyone I initially invited installed the app in few seconds and were up and running soon. My visitors had a very positive experience interacting with Protocos software and were able to easily understand how it all worked, which was great for me. The cost of this product was also a great value for the benefits I received. I had no problem accommodating all of the costs associated with using this software and I was able to save money since I didnt need to hire a concierge or doorhost. Overall, I would rate this product a 5 out of 5, as it has provided me with great value and made managing my house visitors very easy. I highly recommend it.

We were immediately impressed by the overall innovation and use of the latest technologies. After some clarity on the software capabilities and discussing with the Protoco support staff, we decided to install it for try it out for ourselves. We found that Protocos Visitor Management Software integrates and interoperates seamlessly with our existing systems, including access controls, software, hardware and badges. With minimal effort, we were able to start setting up and utilizing the software across our various departments. This was a great benefit for us as we were able to reuse our existing systems and investments. In terms of innovation and use of latest technology, we were very impressed. Publicos software boasts facial recognition technology which has improved our sign in process while simultaneously increasing the security of our premises. In addition, the software has a number of analytics capabilities that we can tap into to get insights into our visitor patterns. Overall, we are delighted with our experience with Protocos Visitor Management Software and would definitely recommend it to fellow multinational companies. I have recently started using Protocos Visitor Management Software (VMS) as part of my small business and I am quite pleased with how it has been running. The software is great at managing our visitors access in a secure digital format, and the ability for us to keep track of all visitors with efficiency is a great plus. I especially want to commend the customer service team at Protoco for the great job theyve done in getting us set up. From the first contact to the onboarding process, it was a pleasure working with them. Their representatives were always knowledgeable, respectful and responsive. I rate them with five stars for their customer service. The VMS also offers impeccable interoperability and integration services. It can be easily integrated with our access control systems, badge readers and other IT systems, while the reporting and analytics software integrates conveniently. This makes me rate the Interoperability and integration services of VMS at four out of five stars. Finally, the software is secure, reliable and updated frequently. I rate the security and reliability of VMS to be highly satisfactory, so four stars. Overall, I rate Protocos Visitor Management Software to be four out of five stars for its excellent customer service, interoperability and integration features, and secure and reliable cloud-based platform.

Since purchasing Protocos Visitor Management System, my small business has seen many improvements in the way we manage access to our building and the way visitors are recorded. The integration of the VMS with our other IT systems for controlling access has been very helpful. It has enabled us to maximize our productivity and drastically reduce the amount of time spent on administrative tasks. For this, I give the Interoperability and integration services of VMS an excellent rating. I am also pleased with the customer service team at Protoco. Whenever I had questions, they were quick to answer with a helpful and professional response. I am glad that I could rely on them for support. Therefore, I give full five stars for their customer service. The cloud-based platform is secure and reliable too, so we can be sure that all our data is encrypted and always available. However, I do think the software could be improved upon in terms of security features and updates so I would rate that at three out of five stars. Overall, I rate Protocos Visitor Management Software as four out of five stars due to its excellent customer service and interoperability and integration capabilities, as well as its secure and reliable cloud-based platform.
