I recently got the Visitor Management Software offerings from Raydiant at my small business, and I'm absolutely thrilled with it! I have been a customer for some time, and I do feel the product has been highly refined to make it more intuitive and user friendly. The product vision of having a comprehensive database and tracking system for the front desk has been effectively realized. As far as cost of ownership goes, I do find it to be expensive. I pay a flat fee of $2,000 per year to access the basic package and if I want additional services, they come at an additional cost. This makes it difficult to budget for the purchase, and I think the cost should be brought down by a considerable margin to make it more affordable. Rating: 6/10.'

'Raydiant Visitor Management Software was one of the best investments I've made for my small business. The cost of owning Raydiant is not as expensive as you might think. I was expecting a lot more when I first bought this software but was pleasantly surprised to find out how reasonable it was.

The product vision for the software also appears to be quite outdated. It does try to incorporate some of the latest technology, however, it doesn’t quite reach the level of other similar tools.

This is my review for Raydiant, our most recent Visitor Management Software. Being an Engineering Manager, my expectations from the software had to be met with utmost confidence. Thankfully, Raydiant fulfilled that role quite nicely. I found the user experience to be very good. There was immediate alert for any unauthorized visitors, which was indeed very helpful for us. Coming to the integrations, it was already compatible with our existing softwares, which made life easier for us. Talking about the support staff at Raydiant, they were amazing. They picked up our problems based on the functionality and even gave us futuristic insights on the softwares features. That gave us the opportunity to use the software with more confidence. Raydiant proved to be an excellent addition to our Visitor Management System and I would rate it 9/10.

It has been several months now and the biggest downside Ive encountered has been the sheer cost of acquiring and maintaining the product. Although its advertised as being an affordable solution, the reality is far from that. Despite the ongoing fees associated with subscribing to the platform, there have been numerous issues that have hampered my ability to fully utilize the product. The vision of the product is ambitious but it has not been matched by its actual features. The user interface is dated and the systems extended capabilities are limited; consequently, I have not been able to make full use of its advanced features. Further, I was looking for more robust customization options to make the interface more intuitive for my team — something that is not available with RAYDIANTs Visitor Management Software. Overall, Id rate the product 2 out of 5 stars due to its dated interface, lack of advanced features, and expensive cost of ownership.

My experience with Raydiant Visitor Management Software offerings has been far from satisfactory. This is due to their terrible customer service and malfunctioning features. Firstly, the customer service has been really bad, taking too long to respond to enquiries and not being able to handle requests efficiently. This simply hasnt been good enough, making me feel as if my queries have just been ignored. Im giving customer service a 1/10. Secondly, Im highly dissatisfied with the futuristic use cases that Raydiant promised. As a Customer Success Woman Leader, I have obviously encountered similar challenges in the past and was expecting a similar solution to what Raydiant promised. But unfortunately, their software lacked basic features, such as the lack of guidance on how to view the list of scheduled visitor events or access past visitor events. This makes the support from Raydiant practically useless to me. Im rating the futuristic use cases a 2/10.

I understand that the software provides great features for visitor check-in, digital waivers and data security, but the hardware and software needed for full usage is both costly and unreliable. Furthermore, the cost of ownership is quite unreasonable: the software and hardware together are far more expensive than comparable products and services on the market. In addition, the value for money is almost non-existent; with the given cost I would expect that the software is running on state-of-the-art technology and that their customer service is exceptional. One main issue I have is the customer service - to put it bluntly, it stinks. Responses to queries and requests are slow and often unhelpful, which can be very inconvenient. The product itself is relatively easy to use, but there are some issues with the reporting feature which makes it hard to understand and access the information I need. There are some customizable features which makes it effortless to identify repeat visitors or visitors with a prior appointment. When I evaluated RAYDIANT Visitor Management Software, I was impressed with the modern and secure architecture it offered. The user-friendly functionality was also a plus, and integration with our existing systems was successful. The software allowed us to manage our visitor lists quickly and easily. However, where the product could use improvement was in the area of interoperability and integration with other applications and office tools. The integrated API for third-party applications wasnt very comprehensive, and we experienced some bottlenecks in our workflow as a result. Additionally, the lack of support for emerging trends in the visitor management space was a bit of a disappointment. For innovation and use of next-generation technologies, I would give RAYDIANT Visitor Management Software a 3 out of 5. The product offered sufficient features to meet our visitor management needs, but could use some improvements in terms of interoperability and support for emerging trends in the visitor management space.

4. My experience with Raydiants Visitor Management Software has been extremely positive. It was easy to install and the user interface is very straightforward. All of the features that come with the software have been useful for keeping track of visitors coming into my small business. For example, Im able to quickly create individual profiles for each visitor, input information, and assign access levels. Im also able to create custom visitor badges and send out automated notifications. I feel that the cost of the software is more than reasonable and Im getting great value for my money. Regarding futuristic use cases and technology, Raydiant is on the leading edge with this software - offering contactless visitor entry and facial recognition functionality. This allows me to stay one step ahead of the competition. Rating 5/5.

The software is incredibly user friendly and provides a comprehensive range of features. The best part about it for us is that it provides precise and efficient management of our visitor activities. It is perfectly interoperable with our existing infrastructure and can also support futuristic use cases with ease. On the downside, the interface is sometimes slow to respond but it rarely causes any severe disruption. Also, although the customer support team is competent and helpful, there is no official “live chat” option offered through the software. The support has more of aspect of ticket and email system instead. Overall, the Raydiant Visitor Management Software is a very helpful and effective tool that we are glad to have - 8.5/10.

Review 5 I recently had the chance to use Raydiants Visitor Management Software and I must say I was impressed by its advancements. Despite some issues during the integration process, the software moved on smoothly after some customer service assistance. The software interoperability was agile and I was able to configure user access restrictions, generate analytics and automate door access quickly. What I liked the most was Raydiants customer service. The team was professional and seemed to be very knowledgeable. They were able to guide me through the setup process in a timely manner. I would rate Raydiants Interoperability and Integration 3.5 out of 5 and Customer Service 4 out of 5 for its deft customer support, quick integration and rich automation.

Review 3 Raydiant Visitor Management System has been a lifesaver when it comes to managing visitors in my building. As a small business owner, I am always pressed for time, and this system makes the process of tracking visitors incredibly efficient and stress-free. I was also surprised by how user-friendly the interface is. I had no issues setting up the system and the customer service team is great; they answered all my questions and were very helpful. The security feature is a definite plus. With the system in place, I can quickly review the identities of visitors and know exactly who is on my premises. I also like that my customers can check in using their phones, there is no need to have them sign physical paper documents. The reporting features are really helpful too. From the dashboard, I can see exactly how many visitors have come through the door and when, in addition to other useful data. I also like that I can customize the messages that appear on the screen when people come in, it really adds a personal touch. We landed onto Raydiants doorstep looking for a solution to cut down the time we were taking to process arrival and departure of visitors and new hires, and Raydiant managed to exceed our expectations. The feature-rich interface with simple to follow capabilities made it more of a boon rather than a burden. Whats more, the after sales support provided by Raydiant was absolutely phenomenal. I recently experienced using Raydiants Visitor Management Software offerings and I am appalled by the poor service this company provides. Firstly, the customer service is terrible, taking what feels like forever to answer the simplest of questions. As a customer, I expect a faster response, and clearly, this isnt the case with Raydiant. I would rate their customer service a 0/10. Secondly, and more importantly, the futuristic use case aspect of the software has been just as poor as the customer service. There is no guidance as to how to view the list of scheduled visitor events or access past visitor events, which is extremely concerning. As a Customer Success Woman Leader, I would expect Raydiant to provide basic, everyday use cases and they have failed here. I am giving their futuristic use cases a 1/10.

'It has been an absolute pleasure to be working with Raydiant and their Visitor Management Software. I'm an Engineering Manager and this software has helped us manage and keep track of visitors to our facility. It has made it much easier for us to have a safe and secure environment for our employees.
The customer service that Raydiant offers is unlike any other I've experienced. Their team is always a few clicks away, ready to answer any questions I have. They have also been able to troubleshoot any issues that we have had quickly and efficiently. I have been impressed with how far they are willing to go to ensure that our Visitor Management system works for us.
The cost of ownership for Raydiant's Visitor Management software is yet another amazing point. It's so easy to keep track of additional licenses, and their monthly payments are quite reasonable for the quality of the system. We have been able to set up and maintain a streamlined system albeit paying a meager price.
The added security features have been our favorite. It's a breeze to set up allowing of our visitors and maintain a record of them in the system. I am particularly glad about the fact that Verified QR codes and facial recognition software are being introduced gradually. It would be quite useful to have those features integrated into our system, and I have been given a timeline of when that would be expected to happen, which was great.
Overall, I have to say that Raydiant's Visitor Management Software has been a pleasure to work with, and their customer service is unparalleled! I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a cost-effective way to keep their visitors and employees secure. Five stars!'

Raydiant: Review 1: I recently encountered Raydiant, a visitor management software, and had the opportunity to test it out in our business facility. I am writing to provide a review of my experience. First and foremost, the ease of use of Raydiant was very wanting. Quite frankly, I found the platform to be extremely cumbersome to use, making the customer experience extremely tedious. For example, each individual customer had to be manually entered in the system which took a significant amount of time, making the process tedious. Additionally, customer data input was often inaccurate, which prompted additional customer data entry matters. As a result, the entire experience was labor intensive and quite frankly off-putting. Furthermore, the cost of ownership was considerably expensive, making it a substantial financial liability for both our business and our customers. Therefore, I do not recommend Raydiant as a customer management system and rate it 1 out of 5 based on these negative experiences.

RAYDIANT Visitor Management Software Review #4 Overall Rating: 2.5/5 My department recently starts using Raydiants Visitor Management Software and my experiences have been quite lackluster. One of the major negative aspects I have encountered is the customer service which seems nearly nonexistent. On more than one occasion, Ive had to wait days for a response, and often the response was very unhelpful. Speaking on the quality of the software, its mostly efficient though the reporting feature could be a bit more intuitive. One helpful feature, however, is the customization options. This makes identifying repeat visitors or visitors with a prior appointment a breeze. However, there are still quite a few kinks that need to be worked out and there is a lack of any real customer support. In conclusion, I would give Raydiants Visitor Management Software 2.5/5. While there are some advantages to the program, the customer service lacks severely making it hard to get the full satisfaction out of the software.

I am writing this review as an Engineering Manager having focussed on reviewing Raydiant as our Visitor Management Software. Our team was already having a futuristic mindset and looking at Raydiant, I found the promise of great interoperability and integration of our disparate software and that made it even more desirable. Our team found many advantages in using Raydiant as our VMS; with its integration with our other flagship software, it made lives much easier. We could track and take note of visitor information before they even arrived. That included pre-registration and authentication before their arrival as well. The staff found our communication lot more organized due to the two way integrations that were possible with our existing systems. This made it all the more effective for our future projects. Overall the onboarding process was simple and the staff found no difficulty in using the software. There were times when the support team was prompt in helping us out with our queries. Hence, I would rate Raydiant 8/10 for becoming our VMS!

The cost of ownership is quite reasonable and has been extremely easy to manage on a month-to-month basis. As an added bonus, the platform allows for the easy addition of extra licenses as needed.
The security features that come with Raydiant's system are top-notch. Being able to set up our visitors in the system securely using verification codes and facial recognition software has been a massive help for us. We are also looking forward to having access to new features as they become available which is something that Raydiant has promised us and delivered on.

On the user interface front, the system looks very antiquated; there are limited customization options to make the interface more intuitive. This helps us to reduce the time it takes to process visitors, resulting in a smoother visitor experience. I also appreciate the level of convenience that I get with the seamless mobile check-in process. Moreover, Raydiant is constantly evolving and bringing in new features to improve the end-user experience. Just recently they launched facial recognition capabilities and I am now able to identify and verify a visitor with greater accuracy and efficiency. For example, when we had a few technical issues with our software, they responded to us quickly to resolve it with excellent technicians. The interoperability and integration of Raydiants software with our office door system and visitor management platform has also been extremely successful. We have been able to smoothly connect the software with our security systems with no difficulty and our visitors have enjoyed the smooth transition at the front entry of our laboratory. In terms of product innovation, the Visitor Management software does a good job at integrating a high level of security with a user-friendly interface so that its easy for admins to entry, track, and monitor visitors. Its most impressive feature remains its two-way validation process which not only checks the visitors ID but also cross-references against a proprietary database of approved guests. This level of security helps ensure that we always know who is entering our building and leaves us feeling secure in the knowledge that our building is secure. In terms of product reliability, I can only say that the Visitor Management software has performed to its fullest potential every time Ive used it. Right off the bat, the user interface is straightforward and interactive. My employees dont have much of problem navigating the platform and they report back to me very satisfied. Raydiant Visitor Management Software - After Sales Support: 4 out of 5 After we made the purchase and installation of Raydiants Visitor Management Software, we were pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service the company provides for their customers. The customer service reps were always willing to lend a hand and provide well-timed assistance for any issues we ran into along the way. That being said, we seemed to run into one issue where the customer service rep didnt have the correct answer. He stated that a feature was not available on our version of the product when in fact it was, it just wasnt enabled. After two customer service calls, we were able to get the feature running, but it took some manual instruction from the customer service rep to get it up and running. All in all, the after sales support provided by Raydiant was great. The customer service reps were friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing that could use some work is ensuring the customer service reps have the correct information. For that reason, I rate the after sales support a 4 out of 5.

Despite being an advanced, cloud-based software that enables visitor check-in, digital waivers, and also ensures complete data security, a large chunk of my budget was depleted due to the cost of ownership. The combination of both software and hardware was exorbitantly priced, and I had to invest in new software and hardware that was not compatible with the product. Furthermore, the return on investment was non-existent; this cost was too large for a product that offered poor customer service and outdated technology. While the customer service reps have always been quick to provide assistance, I feel their accuracy in understanding our issue at times has been limited. Furthermore, some of the customer service reps have offered what seemed to me as incorrect advice, making the troubleshooting process more frustrating than it should have been. Ive been using RAYDIANTs Visitor Management Software for several months at my facility and Im quite underwhelmed. The advertised cost savings were certainly not delivered upon acquisition. The product is expensive to maintain and has caused several headaches since deployment. More importantly, I am disappointed with the lack of features that were promised. Not only is the user interface antiquated, but the extended capabilities are severely limited and customization options are absent. This has entirely inhibited my teams ability to use the platforms advanced features. I would rate RAYDIANTs Visitor Management Software 2 out of 5 stars due to its expensive cost of ownership and limited product features and vision.

I am glad to announce that I am extremely satisfied with the results, especially considering their value for money and cost of ownership.
The cost of the software was fair for the features offered by Raydiant. Additionally, the installation was made easy and the fees for the yearly maintenance were simply not what I expected.
Furthermore, when it came to the features and functions of the software, it offered more than we needed. We could decide who we could grant access to our office, register visitors, and even keep an audit trail just to be safe.

I recently purchased RAYDIANTs Visitor Management Software to manage my facility, however, my experience with the product has been far from satisfactory. To begin with, the features and capabilities are quite limited when compared to competing products; further, the antiquated user interface and lack of customization options have been a tremendous hindrance. When the product was first advertised, I was lured by the lower cost of ownership; however, this has not been the case in reality. On average, the cost of subscribing to the platform is higher than other solutions and the lack of improvements has made the ongoing subscription fees become less desirable. For these reasons, I would rate RAYDIANTs Visitor Management Software 2 out of 5 stars due to its lackluster product vision and expensive cost of ownership.
