'I recently switched to NationBuilder’s Volunteer Management Software and have become quite pleased with how well-equipped the software is. It had everything I needed as an Engineering Manager, from time tracking, to management of volunteers’ activities, as well as monitoring program progress. 'I recently came across NationBuilder's Volunteer Management software offerings and decided to give it a try. I quickly found that while this solution is comprehensive in the information and features it offers to manage volunteers, I have to give it an overall rating of just 2 out of 5 stars due to its ease of use and value for money. Firstly, from the outset the software is extremely difficult to understand and use. The interface is confusing and there are lots of different menus and sub menus. Even simple tasks like monitoring the status of existing volunteers and adding new volunteers to the system can take a long time to figure out. I have wasted far too much time getting to grips with the software, with it taking nearly a week before I was able to get it up and running. Secondly, the cost of the software is quite high compared to other options on the market. Although I have found the features to be quite comprehensive, it comes at a large financial cost. This can be difficult to justify for small businesses and organizations with limited budgets. Thirdly, the reporting and tracking capabilities are limited. There is no way to generate or export reports on volunteer activity over a period of time. This means that it is difficult to track the performance of volunteers and ensure they are meeting their tasks. To summarise, although this software provides a comprehensive solution to manage volunteers, I cannot recommend it due to its lack of ease of use and value for money. It is overly complex, expensive and the reporting and tracking features are limited leaving much to be desired.'

'I’ve been dealing with Nationbuilder’s Volunteer Management Software offerings for a couple of years now as a Supplier Partner and have noticed several areas for improvement. To begin with, there is no clear roadmap of the product vision and what they plan to provide. Furthermore, the customizability and user interface design are both severely lacking, leaving the user experience below par. The customer service experience provided by Nationbuilder's team has not been as good as expected. Despite providing timely and accurate customer support through a ticketing system, the turnaround times for ticket resolution have been significantly longer than promised. Additionally, none of the feedback I’ve provided regarding the software has been noticed. Overall, I give Nationbuilder's Volunteer Management Software a 2/5 rating mainly due to the product vision, lacking features, and subpar customer service.'

However, the best part about using this software is its cost of ownership. The software is quite reasonably priced and offers resource savings that help reduce expenses. Furthermore, there are secure payment systems with which donors can donate for different causes they consider worthy. It caters to the future use cases very well, thereby justifying its efficient cost of ownership. Therefore, I would definitely recommend and endorse this software to anybody considering using it. Though I do have to point out that the software lacks in languages provided than other products available on the market. 'Review 2 - Interoperability and Integration (Rating: 3/5) The interoperability and integration of NationBuilder’s volunteer management software is fairly limited. I found that it was quite difficult to integrate the software with our existing systems, and it lacked the ability to interact with other applications like Salesforce and Quickbooks. The software also lacked the ability to incorporate data from external sources. This limitation makes it difficult to use the software for larger projects, which require data from a variety of sources. As an organization’s procurement manager, I managed the adoption of their volunteer management software. NationBuilder’s software allowed us far greater flexibility than the previous tool we had used. Much of our time in the past had been devoted to manual tracking, record keeping, and sorting of volunteer schedules. NationBuilder changed this with its intuitive user interface and software architecture. The cost to our organization was simple and affordable. NationBuilder’s software allowed us to engage more volunteers and increase their dedication by providing them with direct access to logged hours and upcoming schedules. By being able to have our system integrated into our organization’s website, individuals were able to conveniently self-register for upcoming volunteer opportunities. We have been using NationBuilder for several years now, and our ease of use has greatly improved. Our existing infrastructure allowed us to quickly incorporate NationBuilder into our workflow. As a result, we were able to easily add the data obtained with the software to factor into our reports. We no longer have to dedicate large amounts of resources to tracking our volunteers and have the ability to quickly identify trends in our volunteer data to create actionable insights for our organization. In conclusion, NationBuilder provides an intuitive and cost-effective solution for volunteer management as a procurement manager. I appreciate the user friendly interface and all the features it comes with. Right now I’m loving the personalized alerts and reminders, which have been so helpful for keeping our volunteers engaged and motivated. The only potential downside is the cost of ownership. It’s considerably higher than other software on the market. However, it does come with tons of features, so the cost of ownership is worth it. On the whole, my experience with NationBuilder’s volunteer management software has been great. It’s been a great fit for our organization and I’m so glad to have tried it out. Rating: 7/10.'

'NationBuilder's Volunteer Management Software Review I’ve been an engineering manager working with NationBuilder’s Volunteer Management Software and I have to say, so far, it’s really exceeded my expectations. It’s made the process of managing the volunteers for our organization’s events, campaigns, and projects much less cumbersome and much more efficient. The customer service on their team is top-notch. When I have a question or need an issue resolved, they’ve never failed to provide an answer within a few hours (if not minutes!). They always come with a sense of genuine care and offer helpful solutions. A+ rating for customer service. The software is also very intuitive and user-friendly. Our volunteers get up and running within an hour and can even customize it to their own organizational needs with the variety of features like reporting and analytics, task assignment, and email/SMS management. We’ve also found some futuristic use cases to integrate with other services and have a more streamlined user experience. This has allowed us to get even more utility out of the software and accomplish more for our causes. Lastly, the online training and tutorial materials have been invaluable. They’ve allowed our volunteers to quickly get up to speed and familiar with the software’s features without having to take up all of our time. Overall, NationBuilder’s Volunteer Management Software is an excellent solution for us. It helps us manage our volunteer efforts more effectively and efficiently and is really setting us up for success.'

'I have been a Supplier Partner of Nationbuilder's Volunteer Management Software offerings for over four years now and have continuously been disappointed with the product experience and customer service provided. First and foremost, the product roadmap is unclear and the company fails to provide clear specifications or accurate timelines beyond their standard proposal. Moreover, the customizability of the software and user interface design is lacking. While significant strides have been made to enhance the user interface, many of the basic features still remain difficult to use. In terms of customer service, I'm extremely disappointed. Despite providing timely and accurate customer support through a ticketing system, the average turnaround time for ticket resolution is 3-5 days - a far cry from the 15-minute turnaround Nationbuilder's team claimed. Furthermore, their team failed to recognize my feedback on further enhancing the product roadmap and future product developments. I give Nationbuilder's Volunteer Management Software offerings a 2/5 rating, mainly due to the unclear product roadmap, lack of customizability, and poor customer service experience.'
