'We needed a web design solution and decided to try out Webydo. However, compared to the services offered by other web design companies, Webydo's customer service was abysmal. It was difficult to make requests or changes and the responses we got were not certainly helpful. The software itself wasn't much better either. Although the interface may look efficient, we had a hard time customizing and using the limited design options. We also encountered a bug in the software which we promptly reported and received no meaningful response. In the end, it took us multiple times to get the problem fixed. Given these facts, we'd rate Webydo a 1/5 in terms of customer service and ease of use. We would not recommend anyone to use Webydo for their web design solution.'

'Review 1: I recently started using Webydo’s web design software for my small business and I am absolutely loving it. Webydo allows you to create a website from start to finish, providing a vast array of tools that enable you to easily come up with a well-crafted website. Its intuitive platform allows for simple drag-and-drop controls while also providing the option of custom CSS coding for more technical users. What’s more, the software takes into account responsiveness and mobile friendly designs. Another thing I value highly about Webydo’s web design software offerings is their theme system, which comes with its own template language. As a developer, this feature allows me to make more custom-tailored themes which can be easily distributed to clients, making it a great value for money. Webydo also provides cloud hosting so that changes can be implemented with minimum downtime, not to mention robust SEO capabilities and easy navigation menus. When we sign up for a package, we get a free trial to test out all the features before making a decision to buy. We can also access a library of templates to start from with our designs. Furthermore, the customer support team is very helpful when it comes to any issues we have with the product. As an engineering manager, however, I find the experiences lacking when it comes to the perks. For example, we do not have access to any update discounts and there is no customer loyalty program. 'Webydo seemed to have all the bells and whistles when it came to web design, so we decided to give them a shot. However, the experience we had was far from what we expected and anticipated. Compared to other web design options, the customer service provided by Webydo was extremely slow and unhelpful. Making requests or changes was also difficult due to the old-fashioned process implemented by them. With the software itself, we had trouble understanding the interface and customizing the design of the site. Even when we were able to get the basics down, there were still a lot of issues with the design tools. We even experienced a bug in the system which didn't get fixed until we contacted customer service multiple times. Overall, our experience with Webydo was lacking on all levels. We would rate them 1/5 in terms of customer service and ease of use. We do not suggest anyone to use Webydo for their web design solution.'

The interface was difficult to navigate and we had trouble customizing the site with anything but the limited design options provided. Even from the beginning, the customer service we received was downright unhelpful. We were met with slow responses and unconstructive suggestions that were not helpful at all. The interface of the software was pretty confusing to us. It took us a while just to figure out the basics and longer to customize the site according to our preferences. The design tools provided by Webydo were not very helpful either as the choice was limited. We also encountered a bug in the software which took quite some time to get fixed. Webydo had no information on how to solve the problem and it seemed like a never-ending cycle to be able to fix the website. Given our negative experience with Webydo, we give them a 1/5 rating for customer service and ease of use. We do not suggest anyone to use Webydo for their web design solution.'
