Feng Office - Work Management Software Review #5 I recently exploded to try Feng Offices work management software but soon felt disappointed about my purchase. To begin with, I was not pleased with the high cost of the subscription I purchased. Though the service included some nice features, I felt like I was being overcharged. Furthermore, the customer service I received was really bad. No matter how many times I attempted to get help with setting up my account, I was never able to get my problems sorted and no one ever got back to me after I had asked them to do so. In conclusion, I would definitely not recommend this service based on its cost of ownership and bad customer service. Rating: 2/10.

Besides the innovative features, another great thing about FENG OFFICE is that it supports multiple client systems, allowing me to integrate the software with Google, Outlook, Dropbox and more. This feature saved me a lot of time and effort as I didnt have to manually transfer data across different systems. In addition, the platform also has a mobile app that can be used to access the system while on the go. While setting it up, I have to admit that the platform was quite intuitive and user friendly. It did not take me much time to figure out the basics and start using FENG OFFICE. However, what surprised me was the innovative features such as their task and resource management insights. With FENG OFFICE, it was just so easy to track tasks, resources and team collaborations. I encountered FENG OFFICE when researching Work Management Software and was initially enticed by the features they offered. However, when it came to Supporting futuristic use cases and Value for money, I sensed a disconnect. When using the software, I found that certain features such as voice technology, facial recognition and cloud integration with other systems were not supported. This is a huge drawback as these functionalities have become necessary for businesses to deploy in order to keep up with their competitors. Despite this, they have attempted to make their offering affordable with well priced subscriptions, however, due to their lack of support for innovative uses, I cannot give them higher than a 2/5 rating.

Overall Innovations & Use of Next Generation Technology - 5/5 Ive recently been using Feng Offices work management software for my business and Im quite impressed by the range of features it offers. Its user-friendly, feature-rich and the platform is incredibly versatile and intuitive. I love that I can use the software to easily track projects and manage my contacts. I also appreciate the task feature tools which allow me to break down projects into more manageable tasks. Furthermore, the software is cloud-based so I can access it from anywhere making it a great tool for remote work. Customer Service - 3.5/5 Ive had some mixed experiences with the customer service team. In some instances, the team has gone out of their way to make sure my needs are met, however Ive found that in other cases the response times have been quite slow. Despite this, Ive always been helped eventually, but I do feel that the customer service could be improved to be more reliable and consistent. Overall, Im a very happy customer and Im impressed by how Feng Offices work management software has boosted my productivity.

Feng Office - Work Management Software Review #2 I recently decided to subscribe to Feng Offices work management software and found it to be extremely pricey. Though the product was well detailed, when it came to the cost of ownership I felt like I was paying too much. The subscription plan I bought had few features and really didnt offer value for money. Furthermore, the customer service I received was inadequate. I contacted the team multiple times for help setting up my account but the responses felt slow and unhelpful. Live chat was no help either and worse still, I never got a call back after asking for one. It was only after I called them personally did I receive any response. Overall, I wouldnt recommend this service due to its cost of ownership and poor customer service. Rating: 3/10.

As an old European male, I was keen to research FENG OFFICE as they were offering a Work Management Software package, I was initially impressed with the features available and in the context of the era things promised to be optimistic. However, on further exploration I found the value for money slightly unjustified. The software does not offer the most up-to-date features and support for futuristic use cases. As an example, the software does not support fully integrated collaboration with any cloud platforms - a significant limitation for any 21st century business operations. Additionally, I was also rather let down by the lack of comprehensive customer support - meaning that I would have to be quite tech-savvy to make the software work to its full potential. As a result, although I commend their attempt to provide a software with the above features, I would have to rate the Supporting futuristic use cases and Value for money a 2/5.

Furthermore, when I asked specifically for a representative to call me back, I never got a phones call. I ended up having to call them multiple times myself, only to have my questions re-directed to people who would never call me back. When it comes to the cost of ownership, I find Feng Office to be incredibly expensive. The subscription I paid for was incredibly basic and definitely not worth the money I paid. Overall, I would not recommend this service due to the poor customer service and high cost of ownership. Rating: 2/10.

After signing up for the software, someone from their customer service team reached out to me within 24 hours with a warm welcome and to answer any questions I had. Whenever I have had specific questions related to the software capabilities, I found the customer service team to be knowledgeable and helpful. They have made the onboarding process easy and stress-free. I initially heard good things about the Work Management Software offered by FENG OFFICE. Upon further research, I was expecting the software to offer comprehensive support for futuristic use cases. Unfortunately, however, I couldnt find many features which would fit the bill. As an old European male, I was surprised to find that certain features such as voice technology and cloud integration were lacking from the software. Furthermore, I believe that the value for money could be improved, as their subscription fees dont always reflect what their software can do. As a result, I give the Supporting futuristic use cases and Value for money 2/5.

As an old European male researching FENG OFFICEs Work Management Software, I was initially drawn in by their product. I had hoped that the software could support future-proofing use cases which I thought might give my business a competitive edge. Unfortunately, its support for futuristic use cases was lacking and whats more, the software does not come with features such as voice technology, facial recognition and cloud capabilities. Feng Office - Work Management Software Review #4 I decided to try Feng Offices work management software and soon learnt that it was an expensive service with an inadequate customer service. When it came to the cost of ownership, I was really dissatisfied as the subscription I bought felt really overpriced, considering the few features included in it. What really irked me though was the customer service. I was never able to get help setting up my account or get my problems resolved. On the occasions that I asked for a representative to call me back, no one ever did, no matter how many times I followed up. It was only when I called them personally did I get any response. I would definitely not recommend this service to anyone who is looking for an efficient and cost-effective automation service. Rating: 2/10.

It has many features available such as project tracking, contact management and automation of mundane tasks. What I like most is the task feature tools that allow me to easily break down projects into smaller, more manageable tasks. Customer Service - 4.5/5 I have found their customer service team to be wonderful. They are polite, helpful and genuinely care about my needs and wants. Whenever I have had questions, Ive been given clear explanations and guidance. The response times have usually been quite prompt, but I have found the wait times to speak to someone can sometimes be a bit long. All things considered, Im quite pleased with the work management software from Feng Office and would recommend it to other older women who are looking for a reliable, modern platform.

Feng Office - Work Management Software Review #4 Interoperability and Integration with Existing Systems I was really happy to find that Feng Office had really nailed their interoperability and integration protocols. Before using this product, I had some reservations about being able to integrate it with my existing networks but Im glad to say that I was pleasantly surprised by how easily I managed to get it up and running. I found their API pretty easy to work with, and I was able to create custom webhooks without so much as breaking a sweat. I also integrated it with some of my other popular apps, and this was relatively straightforward. If interoperability and integration with existing systems is a make-or-break factor for you like it is for me, then you will find this software to be top-notch. It definitely deserves a solid 5/5 rating!
