'I recently decided to purchase BambooHR’s Workforce Management Software for my business as I transition into the new year. While their software certainly offers some nice features, I wouldn’t say that I’ve been overly impressed with how the purchasing process and overall software delivery went. In terms of value for money, BambooHR’s solution leaves a lot to be desired. For starters, their pricing models are quite convoluted, and it took me quite a few emails back and forth until I was able to negotiate the terms I desired. Furthermore, I felt their customer service team was quite sluggish in responding. It almost felt like they weren’t all that really invested in actually selling their product, which is quite unfortunate. I’d give this a 2 out of 5. As far as interoperability and integration, things weren’t much better. While BambooHR does offer an API for integration with other systems, I found it quite difficult to really comprehend the usage of the API. I found myself spending way too much time playing around with the system before I could actually start deploying the API. Additionally, I couldn’t even find a way to attach files from other systems – a feature which I believe would have made general usage of the API way easier, had it been provided. I’d give this a 3 out 5. Overall, I’d say that BambooHR’s Workforce Management Software is okay for small and medium-sized businesses who don’t need anything particularly complex. For any larger organisation, however, I’d recommend looking elsewhere as bugfixes and feature updates are few and far between.'

Our team of engineers now have an organized HR stack with support tools for managing payroll, tracking attendance, onboarding activities, training options, and many other processes without losing out on any crucial details. Changing our traditional HR processes for a more digitalized approach was already a part of our long-term strategy, and upon implementation, BambooHR has enabled us to take giant leaps towards achieving those goals. The cost of their services makes it a great value for money when compared to its counterparts, and I'd highly recommend it to any department that is looking to go digital. The intuitive UI/UX of BambooHR is both aesthetically pleasing and incredibly practical. Its features are so progressive that it appears lightyears ahead in the industry standards. Automated tracking and documentation are easily achievable which eliminates pesky paperwork and extra labor hours. This extra time can now be funneled into other projects that matter more to us, like coming up with innovative solutions for the future. Nevertheless, there is still room for improvement with BambooHR’s offerings. I think they could offer stronger security measures and better access control to guard against potential data breach attempts. Also, some of their configurations are lacking in terms of scalability for future expansion. All the same, deployment has been quite smooth so far and I look forward to the future updates and features that they plan to offer. 'Gone are the days when tracking changes in the workforce was tiresome. Ever since we decided to adopt BambooHR’s Workforce Management Software for our R&D organization, all of our staff have been in sync and up-to-date with the current pitfalls in the industry. Organizing all of the data and documents is now easier than before. We now have complete autonomy over our employee records, tracking data is accurate and secure, and onboarding staff has become a breeze. It has enabled us to adhere to industry standards, maximize our performance, and stay compliant. From a UI/UX perspective, the navigations are straightforward, and the design appeals to the eye. Most of the features are functionally sound and progressive with enough flexibility to match with our needs. I have to give a big shout-out to their automated team-time logs, which have eliminated the need for employee-filled morning attendance files. On the flipside, I do think that some of their unique features are a bit overpriced, which is a bit of a dampener. Also, I was expecting customer support services to be far better in terms of responsiveness and resolutions. I think they could provide a better service on that front too. I really appreciate how easy it is to use and how well it integrates with existing business processes. 'Having just recently purchased BambooHR’s Workforce Management Software, I have to say that the entire process wasn’t is smooth sailing as I had hoped. Their customer service team seemed quite lackadaisical, and I was left feeling quite overwhelmed by how much effort it took to just purchase the software. When it comes to value for money, I’d have to rate this product somewhere at the bottom end of the scale. Their pricing models are quite complex, and it felt like I needed a degree in order to be able to understand them properly. Furthermore, I felt like customer service didn’t really do much to help. Knowing when to flex on terms is quite key in situations like this, and unfortunately, it felt like I had to do all of the work as far as negotiating prices go. I’d give this product a 2 out of 5. In my opinion, interoperability and integration with BambooHR’s Workforce Management Software leaves a lot to be desired. While there is an API for integration, it’s difficult to comprehend how it works, and I feel like they should have provided more detailed documentation and explanations as to how to use it. Additionally, I wasn’t able to find a way to attach files from other systems – a feature which I think could have made general usage of the API way easier. I’d give this a 3 out of 5. Overall, I wouldn’t really recommend BambooHR’s Workforce Management Software for larger corporations, as I felt that they don’t offer enough features at the moment to really compete with some of the more popular subscription services. '3 Before discovering BambooHR and their workforce management software, managing employee-related activities was a task that seemed never-ending. It was taking a toll on both me and my team. However, BambooHR solved that problem with advanced algorithms and descriptions that can handle employee-related activities seamlessly. I can also trust the security it provides, being SOC-2 compliant. The process of onboarding and managing employee leave are taken care of too. Plus, it has an Intuitive UI that makes navigation and usage a breeze. From employee data tracking to enforcing attendance, and from reports to automated performance reviews, it covers it all. However, I must say that in the areas of benefits and payroll, I find BambooHR lacking. Also, there are several features that could be improved, like making analytics more sophisticated. 'Having recently purchased BambooHR’s Workforce Management Software, I have to say that the interoperative and integration features offered by this software aren’t anything to write home about. Coupled with their customer service team’s seeming apathy towards actually selling their product, and I’m left feeling slightly less than impressed. In terms of value for money, this software gets an overly generous 2/5 from me. Not only were their pricing models quite convoluted, but it took several emails back and forth just before I was able to get the terms I desired. On top of that, I felt like their customer service staff wasn’t really up to the task when it came to engaging in negotiating conversation. Moving onto interoperability and integration, I’d say that BambooHR gets a 3/5 at best. They do provide an API which should be able to handle integration needs, but it’s quite unclear exactly how it should be used. Additionally, I couldn’t find a way to attach files from other systems, which I think would have made using the API much easier. In conclusion, BambooHR’s Workforce Management Software seems to be alright for smaller businesses, but I wouldn’t really recommend it for larger companies. The lack of customer service and additional features probably won’t cut it, so you’d be better off seeking out something else.'

'Prior to the implementation of BambooHR’s Workforce Management Software, the administrative tasks in our R&D organization’s HR stack felt archaic and too paper-based. But, with the switch, many of those obstacles have been alleviated and we now have more efficient work processes with better accuracy. For starters, the digitization of our processes has made finding past records easier along with the implementation of an automated employee management system. This has allowed us to keep track of all the structural changes that we have implemented for both internal and external operations. Roles-based security access has also made it more secure and compliant with current regulations in the industry. From the features side, what attracts me is its automated document generation system. It ensures that our team produces higher-quality documents with fewer errors in and less manual effort. Onboarding new employees into our system has also become faster and more organized. The user navigation feels fluid, and the UI/UX is quite pleasant. However, I do think that the scalability of the product could use some improvement as it is quite low atm. We’ve already outgrown the basic functions of the software and are now looking for expansion. Also, customer support services that BambooHR provides are just average. This really hurts as there is a certain degree of dissatisfaction among our affected staff. Overall, I'd rate them a 7/10.'

'Having recently purchased BambooHR’s Workforce Management Software, I can’t help but feel as though the experience was slightly lacking. Their customer service team seemed almost reluctant to push the sale through, which was quite disheartening. When it comes to value for money, BambooHR’s software gets a 2/5 at best. Pricing models were quite complex and felt like they were set up to take advantage of those who didn’t understand them. Additionally, I found customer service to be particularly unhelpful in negotiating terms. Interoperability and integration wise, BambooHR are not much better. Their API is quite difficult to use, and I couldn’t find a way to attach files from other systems. This, I think, would have made the process of API usage much easier had it been provided. I’d give this only a 3/5. Overall, I’d say that BambooHR’s Workforce Management Software is probably fine for small or medium-sized businesses who don’t need anything exceptionally complex or feature-rich. For larger organisations, however, I’d recommend giving this product a pass and looking for an alternative.'

Whatever doubts you might have while using their software they will clear it up within a few minutes of talking with their support team. I am aware of many other companies who might not even respond after many days, but with Bamboo HR you can get sorted out in no time, which is a big plus. Rating: 9/10 I like the way their software is designed in terms of its flexability, allowing us to customize the features to meet the needs of our own company as opposed to conforming to a “one size fits all” approach. This makes it easy to keep our employee records up to date, check in on attendance, track and monitor time allocated to certain tasks, and verify the completion or lack thereof of those tasks. It simplifies our workings greatly. Rating: 10/10 Another great feature is the performance review capabilities. BambooHR allows us to review each employee against their job requirements and objectives. We can set goals and assign tasks to our employees to help them manage and develop their own work. And with the ability to log feedback constantly, it helps us keep track of successes and failures so we can properly evaluate employees on an ongoing basis. Rating: 10/10 On the down side, it does have spotty implementation which can cause delays and disrupt processes, especially those that rely on this data. We have had issues in the past with registration, onboarding, and change of address forms taking too long to process and this has caused some problems with our HR team. 'In my review of BambooHR's Workforce Management Software, I was increasingly impressed with how easy and helpful their platform was. The handy features included in the software allowed me to easily track paid leave requests and employee work hours from start to finish, making it a lot easier to manage and monitor my team members. I also found the automated alerts feature great for when an employee requested a day off or if there was any overtime or discrepancies on the clock. What I also liked was the ability to create detailed time reports, making it easier to track which employees are working and when (especially useful for tracking within a large team). As a whole, I would rate the product and its features a solid 8 out of 10.'
