'We thought the Namely Workforce Management Software would help us to operate more efficiently, but instead it has been a source of frustration. Integration and interoperability with their setup is such a challenge and has caused so many technical issues. Trying to switch applications has left us putting our entire platform in danger because of the software’s lack of foresight and lack of flexibility. The software just doesn’t do a very good job of supporting futuristic use cases. All in all, it has been a hassle and deserves at most a 2 out of 5 stars.'

'Review 3 on Interoperability and integration
Although I do rate Namely’s Workforce Management Software pretty highly on its interoperability and integration abilities, I do think there is room for improvement.
I have yet to be able to properly integrate data from legal documents. I am currently working around this problem by collecting and managing the documents manually outside of the program, which isn’t ideal as it does add some extra time onto tasks.
I am sure Namely are aware of this issue as they are well known for being at the forefront of innovation in the industry. I have faith that they will be able to pull through and resolve this issue in the upcoming software update.
Until then, I will give Namely’s Workforce Management Software a 7/10 on its interoperability and integration capabilities.'

I’ve been using Namely’s workforce management software in my engineering team for a few months now, and overall it’s been successful in digitizing a lot of our mundane processes. Specifically, I’ve appreciated the exceptional levels of interoperability and integration with popular apps like G Suite and Slack. Syncing our HR-related data with these tools saved us a lot of time and capital.
However, the integration isn’t completely perfect. For instance, we experience reliability issues with the G Suite integration from time to time. Employee details get updated inconsistently and can take up to several hours to sync properly. Additionally, while the integration is comprehensive, Namely doesn’t currently have an API that allows us to build our own custom integrations. This lack of customization capabilities, as well as the occasional stability issues, impact our ability to trust Namely’s integrations company-wide.'
