They have a range of Genomics solutions, from sequencing and flow cytometry to whole genome sequencing and pathway analysis. They even offer software to help you analyse and interpret the data. They are certainly at the forefront of technology, and their solutions could be extremely valuable for the future. However, Im concerned that their pricing may not be in line with the value of their offerings. While their technology is certainly valuable, its difficult for me to reconcile those benefits with the amount of money being asked for. Additionally, their customer service could use some improvement. Ive seen them be unresponsive to customers concerns and provide inadequate support despite the expensive prices. Overall, I would give BIONANO Genomics a rating of 3 out of 5. They offer advanced technology, with a wide range of Genomics offerings, but their pricing and customer service need some work.

The software did have some features that made data processing very easy and the scalability was great. However, compared to other solutions in the market, the product did lack in some areas. The accuracy of the data was good but not great. We also found that our team needed to manually manipulate data quite frequently which was time consuming and tedious. Not to mention, I had some issues with the products reporting capabilities as well. But the biggest drawback was the support team. Although they seemed helpful upon first interaction, they didnt provide much assistance when it came to real problems. This made it difficult for us to quickly resolve issues.
