Delivery: Although delivery times are relatively consistent, there have been occasions when Roche has failed to meet the timeline that we have agreed upon. In some cases, the delivery has been delayed or the shipment came incomplete, forcing me to issue a complaint and wait several days before I could receive the correct interpretation of my order. Subsequent orders by other departments have been affected by this as well, causing further delays. As such, I can only rate Roches delivery services at 3 out of 5.

Theyre always willing to answer help me out with any issue I run into, no matter how big or small it is. The product vision and product features are also outstanding. The data provided is reliable and accurate, and Im able to use the product with ease. Its perfect for our teams workflow and it has been greatly appreciated. The only downside is the price. Its quite expensive, especially when compared to other genomic solutions on the market. However, the quality and reliability of this product more than makes up for it.
