The idea behind the product is good, but the actual execution is greatly lacking. The product vision is decent, but there is no implementation of any new or advanced technologies. The user interface is outdated and looks like it hasnt been updated in years, while the patient portals that are meant to connect providers and patients are incoherent and experience frequent outages. The product also has extremely limiting features. For example, providers are not able to view patient records on their mobile devices, and access to real-time messaging is barely non-existent. On top of that, the learning curve for the system is so steep that it takes considerable time to become proficient with its usage. To summarize, Im not very satisfied with Allscripts Healthcare, LLCs Patient Engagement Solutions. The product is not up to par in terms of features, user experience, and use of next-generation technologies.

The solutions they provide are comprehensive and helpful, however they are far from user friendly. The interface of their solution is complex and difficult to understand. It takes a lot of time and effort to get the system to work and the process can be extremely tedious. Moreover, the training process was extremely cumbersome and time consuming. In addition to this, the pricing of the solutions is quite high. When compared to similar products on the market, Allscripts solutions are more expensive, while offering a less user friendly experience. All in all, I am not a fan of Allscripts Healthcare, LLCs Patient Engagement Solutions.
