Not only are they incredibly helpful, but they were available 24/7 to answer any questions and provide guidance throughout the transition to their new system. It really made the process a lot easier. Furthermore, the customer service reps were knowledgeable about the entire platform and were always quick to respond when I reached out for assistance. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised with what I saw. They digital platform offers user friendly features that are tailored to the specific needs of healthcare providers. This platform eliminates many of the common frustrations associated with managing healthcare data and patient interactions. Furthermore, they offer services such as AI-driven disease tracking, predictive analytics and virtual visits, as mentioned in one of the previous review. However, I have one main issue with McKessons offering which is the cost of ownership. The pricing model is based on the type and level of services the healthcare provider needs, but I found it to be a bit on the expensive side. Even when compared to their competition, I felt that the overall cost of ownership was unaffordable for my company. I also had one issue with the product vision: I felt that there wasnt enough focus placed on personalizing the solutions for each business unit. Review 3 In addition to my experience with McKesson Corporations Patient Engagement Solutions, I interacted with several of their support staff who were very helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner and were very knowledgeable about their services. Furthermore, their digital platform provides features such as AI-driven disease tracking, predictive analytics and virtual visits, which are all great additions to the patient engagement process. However, I regret to report that the cost of ownership is a bit too much for my company. The fee structure is based on various service levels, and while I understand why, I feel that its too expensive. The cost of ownership is simply too prohibitive when compared to other competitors in the market. For this reason, I rate McKessons Patient Engagement Solutions at a 4/10.

Review #2 I recently evaluated McKesson Corporations patient engagement solutions. While the solutions came with a comprehensive suite of features, I felt that the feature set didnt go beyond the usual. The features are neat and definitely provide important insights, but I felt that the products lack the creativity of competing solutions in the market. In addition, I found the pricing somewhat exorbitant. The pricing model doesnt offer much relief for companies that aim to scale the solutions for larger populations and for more services. I understand that there are associated costs, but competitive pricing would go a long way in improving the outlook of the products. I also didnt feel that the product vision was executed optimally. I found that the customization of the solutions werent tailored to individual business units. As a result, the user experience felt a bit generic and wasnt able to meet the needs of our users. Overall, I would rate the solutions a average: 5/10.
