I have been a long time supply partner for Procter & Gamble, and I find their Surface Disinfectant offerings to be disappointing in terms of cost of ownership. As a provider, I need to be able to maintain my margins in order to keep providing excellent service to my customers. However, Procter & Gambles pricing structure fails to make that possible when compared to their competitors. In addition, their shipping fees are high and their pricing does not always reflect the quality of their product. Review 1 I have been in the industry for several decades and come across a variety of disinfectants in this whole time. Recently I had the chance to try Procter & Gambles Surface Disinfectant; here is what I think of it overall. In terms of value for money, I would give it 2 out of a 5. While the cost per unit started out being relatively low, the unit size was quite small which meant that we had to purchase a lot of it in order for it to last for a longer period of time. The product vision is quite decent, as it claims to effectively keep surfaces sanitary from bacteria, virus and microbial contaminants but it would be nice if they improved its ability to last longer and make it possible to use it with infrequent washing up. In addition to that, the product comes with a few extra features like the ability to customize the concentration level and the ability to be used with multiple surfaces, but the overall effectiveness is questionable. In terms of the product features, I would give it a 3.5 out of 5. The product contains pleasantly scented and hazy liquids which makes it quite different from what Im used to, but its performance was average.
