On multiple occasions I have sent emails to the customer service team with questions or issues, and they have yet to respond in a timely manner. The response time can be days or weeks at times. While I understand they are busy, I wish they had the resources to be more efficient in taking care of tomorrow's customers.'

I recently tried Animaker’s Animation Software offerings and I’m afraid it did not meet my expectations. The cost of ownership is overly complicated; there's a Start-up fee, and then a cost for Pro, and for every extra feature, you have to pay a separate fee. It’s hard to keep track of all the finances when building a budget for the product.
I also found the product vision and features to be quite unimpressive. For example, I couldn’t find the format or resolution I needed for my project, and the templates are very limited and not customizable. Additionally, the user interface requires a bit of getting used to and is much harder than it needs to be.

I recently purchased Animaker’s Animation Software offerings and unfortunately, have not had the best experience. First, the cost of ownership is extremely expensive. You have to make a Start-up fee, then pay for the Pro version and then pay for each extra feature. Because of this, it’s really hard to keep track of the expensive when budgeting for the product.
In terms of the product vision and features, I found a lot of them to be outdated. For example, the user interface is too complicated and I had a hard time getting used to it. Additionally, the export options are very limited and the templates are not very customizable.
For this reason, I would have to rate Animaker’s Animation Software a one star. The cost is just too much and the features are behind in terms of development.'

As the business head of a prominent conglomerate, I recently got to experience Animaker’s animation software and was rather disappointed with the results. While the product does have a vision and some good features, it ultimately disappoints in several areas.
For starters, the user experience is unintuitive and there’s a long learning curve involved. The animation render speed wasn’t very fast and the software also lacks some features that are present in other animation software. Additionally, the pricing model is quite restrictive and it doesn’t offer any customization. Overall, I would rate Animaker’s software a 5/10.'

In addition, they are constantly offering deals and discounts which is certainly a bonus. The pricing model is straightforward and there are a number of plans to choose from. We decided to go with the annual subscription plan and found it to be well worth the money.'

'Animaker's Animation Software Review #1
I have used Animaker’s Animation Software offerings for about two months and I must say, I am not very impressed. First, the cost of ownership is extremely high compared to similar products on the market. The idea of charging users for each extra feature is great but it makes it tough to create a viable budget for the product. For example, the software requires a payment of the Start-up fee, then the cost to upgrade to Pro, the cost for HD Quality, the cost for longer videos, etc. With so many different fees and add-ons, it was very hard for me to keep up with all of the financials.
In terms of the product vision and features, I found a lot of the features to be quite outdated. The export options are too limited and it’s hard to find the right resolution or format that I needed. Additionally, many of the templates are not customizable. Overall, I found the product to be uninspiring and not very helpful in my work.
In terms of rating Animaker’s Animation Software, I would have to give it an average 2 star rating. The cost is too high and the features are outdated.'
