For a non-technical person to use the software, there's a lot of different menus and options that need to be figured out. What impressed me the most is that It is incredibly user-friendly and easy to use even for a novice animator such as myself. The pre-made templates are especially helpful and can help me achieve the desired results with minimal effort. Additionally, their customer support staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help.
The only thing that I would want to see improved is the price. Biteable's rates are a bit on the expensive side and I feel that it should be a bit more affordable for those of us who want to create good quality animations.

I found their software highly navigable and user-friendly. There was zero need to look up instructions or tutorials in order to take advantage of the many animation functions or to see what could be achieved. As a busy Customer Success Woman Leader, I have tried several animation solutions before, but Biteable’s software is far superior and let me dive right into creating my own animations simply and quickly.

'When I bought into Biteable's animation software, I was hoping to use the latest technology and features to make animations faster and better. Sadly, this wasn't the case. The software looks like it was developed 10 years ago, with an outdated user interface and limited options for customisation. The back-end is convoluted and non-intuitive which makes pulling off complex animations difficult. Furthermore, the browser plugin is quite buggy and I often find myself restarting my work because of errors.
