Firstly, their quote for the services was relatively high compared to their competitors. Despite our reluctance to pay such an amount, we left with no choice as we wanted our project to be up and running. However, what followed was a surprise addition of various other costs and taxes that werent specified initially which only added to our woes. Moreover, their services are laden with usability issues, impacting our use.
