"We are a leading B2C and B2B Transportation company, operating across geographies. The marketing department has suggested for chatbots will be the best option for customer acquisition and support to enhance the customer acquisition and satisfaction. Being in B2B and B2C our products and service offerings are quite different; we need a very intelligent chatbot so we can address the customers question on our website and mobile app. Also, we are planning internal interdepartmental bot services.
