Infosys has been observing continuous growth in terms of revenues from 2012 to 2016. It focuses on partnering or forming alliances and making acquisitions in order to reduce implementation risks, add business values, and increase the TTM. The alliance partners benefit Infosys by providing continuous training, technical support, and technology, resulting in enhanced abilities for Infosys to deliver its services globally. Furthermore, Infosys pursues to strengthen its core competencies through acquisitions. For instance, in the year 2015, Infosys entered into agreements to acquire EdgeVerve Systems Limited and Noah Consulting. In November 2015, Infosys acquired Noah Consulting LLC, thus further strengthening its capabilities in the oil and gas industry to deliver enhanced solutions and services to its customers.
