I am an IT specialist for a large enterprise and have recently been evaluating SUSE LINUX DISTRIBUTIONs Containers as a Service (CaaS) offerings. Initially, I found that the product vision and features are quite impressive. The features are robust and reliable, and deploying applications becomes a streamlined process. However, I was a bit skeptical about the ease-of-use, but SUSEs clear user guides and tutorials made it very straightforward. The cost of ownership is surprisingly low, when compared to other services in the market. This is especially beneficial for larger enterprises that need to deploy applications on a wide scale. The customer service and technical support offered by SUSE is also quite good. In terms of innovation, SUSE incorporates many of the latest industry trends such as AI and machine learning into their services. This makes them a great option for businesses that need to stay competitive and utilize futuristic technologies. Overall, I give this product 4 out of 5 stars. As a DevOps engineer, I have been using SUSE LINUX DISTRIBUTIONs Containers as a Service (CaaS) offerings for some time now. When it comes to the product vision and features, I can say with complete confidence that SUSE CaaS is the best in the industry. The containers are simple and easy to use, and their deployment rests on reliable, commercial-grade technology. The interoperability and integration with other container platforms are also noteworthy. What I find most impressive is the speed of deployment. This is especially important for our business, where we deploy applications frequently and speed translates into cost savings. In terms of cost of ownership, SUSE CaaS offerings provide great value for money as compared to similar services offered by competitors. The customer service team is great too, and they are always eager to listen and help out with any issues that come up. As a developer, I find the product vision and features of SUSEs CaaS to be ideal for a business environment. Furthermore, the customer service and support offered by SUSE is really among the best I have seen. They are knowledgeable, responsive and very proactive in solving problems. SUSE LINUX DISTRIBUTIONS Presence in Containers as a Service
SUSE is a pioneer in the CaaS market space and provides reliable, interoperable Linux and cloud infrastructure solutions. The company has adopted the strategies of innovating and developing new products to enhance its product portfolio and grow at a face pace in the CaaS market. In June 2017, SUSE announced the launch of SUSE CaaS Platform, a development and hosting platform for container-based applications and services. This platform would allow IT operations and developers to provision, manage, and scale container-based applications and services to meet business goals faster. Another growth strategy that SUSE has been focusing on is partnership and strategic alliance. This inorganic growth strategy helps the company in expanding its product and service capabilities as well as allows it to cater to the customers of the untapped markets. For instance, in November 2016, SUSE and Fujitsu announced a strategic alliance to support and strengthen products within the open source community for hybrid cloud and future container technologies. This partnership would focus on mission-critical and hybrid cloud solutions that would solve business issues for their customers. Similarly, in September 2016, SUSE and SaltStack expanded their partnership to offer customers automated management of all data center resources virtually at scale. Also, the companies have collaborated to further integrate and extend their capabilities to optimize cloud, container, and storage resources, thus enabling digital business. SUSE also has a vast partner ecosystem consisting of resellers, distributors, alliance partners, embedded system partners, and others that help the company to deliver the solutions to its customers around the world efficiently and cost effectively.
