Marketo is very flexible: You can use the information of a campaign already run to recreate it, or recycle for another one. Very useful and easy to create segments for each campaign using a single database for all your contacts. Your emails sometimes get stuck with no apparent reason so you need to go deep to investigate. Some functionality is restricted to the version of your contract or implementation, and sometimes you must follow unnecessary steps to achieve simple tasks.
