“Lots of functionality for the price”

All the features are integrated including CRM, marketing automation, and contact activity tracking. The program also supports service desk activities but I have not used those features. The contact timeline displays all the activity for a contact over time. Triggers based on page visits, form fills, lead scores, etc. can fire off salesperson follow-up tasks or initiate an email drip sequence. Online calendar makes scheduling appointments easy.

“CRM with lots of shortfalls and more headache than its worth”

It is very easy to set up - if you need a bare-bones CRM this would work for you. It is relatively easy to upload new lead lists. None of the reports are clickable, this is one of the most frustrating things. If you are looking at a report of deals for the day you can not click into the report to see each deal, you only see the number of deals by each rep not who it was or how much the deal was sold for. Tasks update even on the weekends and there is no way to change this. Giving you an extreme backlog of tasks on Mondays and throwing off any A/B testing you would like to do on your cadence of outreach.

“All I need to work in one place”

The biggest benefit that this software has given me has been to optimize everything that has to do with the world of sales and marketing, generating the reports I need to demonstrate in the company how useful our strategies are, what aspects to improve, and generate our own leads, all in a very organized way and as its name says "agile".
