“Not the best CRM out there”

Freshsales provides pretty good customization but honestly it needs a lot of work. Constantly buggy, lack of customization options, bad customer support, unfortunately there are very little automations as well.

“Mutivector usability for a CRM”

Great Dashboard for Productivity!! A Link to everything i need to check regarding my agenda. Gmail integration works fine for me.. Like the integrations with other Freshworks tools and third parties. Special for me is the Quickbooks Online integration. A lot of thing to configure in order to automate taks.

“Excellent application for sales, customer support and integrated”

You can see the communication across different channels. If we have a contact that comes in through the chat, or sends an email to support team, they will see if there are other conversations that happened on different channels - like with the sales team for example. The fact that this is not a required feature of every sales/support software today is purely due to the difficulty in designing something that needs such variation in user experience and also requires clear organization of a large amount of data. They do a wonderful job.

“Lots of issues with CRM migration”

The system is relatively easy to understand however when it comes to usage I find it''s very clunky. I can see how the open set up and free customization may overwhelm even experienced users. I would even say that, the coders and web designers at freshsales had more of an influence on this product then the relation management professionals.
