“Needs tweaking of user tracking methods but pricing is good”

Tracking on certain activities may not be accurately represented on the actual construction. There may be some specific things that management looks at for reporting but is not a direct reflection of the amount of work that was actually done. “Some flaws, but a powerful organisational tool”

User interface extremely easy to navigate, never more than two or three clicks before you can access the information you need. Merge function for contacts is very impressive. Some alternative views, or possibly come customisable colour coding options would help me break my workload down into bite-sized chunks and help to plan my weeks better.

Hubspot CRM uses fantastic marketing services and a great deal of resources for the finest practice. Inability to title follow-ups from logged activities. Poor reporting capabilities but hubspot CRM pricing gives this software a competitive edge over other softwares.
